I bought a vacuum cleaner euroclean wd x2, in the first week of april-2017. Mr, kothandan is the sales person, he was nice to the customer till getting the cheque, after that to get him for the first demo it took me about a week.
When he brought the demo kit he said it will take 2 hrs for the entire demo, which he promissed to do upon purchase of the machine. After the machine was delivered to me he gave a training for 15 min and said...

We have lodged complaints for routine amc check up of aquaguard water purifier on but technician came after 7 days, inspected n told that some parts to be replaced n hi is getting from office n come back on next day. But since last 15 days no body is attending complain n resolving the same we have to bring purified water jars from market for daily use.
Eureka people have no care of consumers. Service rating is zero. What standards...

I am brought water purifier of you company it's not working properly since to brought it. Its outomatical stop working after every 25-30 day i am face very difficultie in this way so it's my request to you please solve my problem to replace it. Otherwise i will stopped you're payment and go to consumers court and file complaint.

Aquasure nano ro machine we applied for amc for 1 year within 10 days water does not comes and a service person changed the solinod valve and immediately within 1 hr again the same problem. Just a month ago they called us repeatedly to apply for amc once completed the procedure and payment process they are not bothering of the problems in my aquasure machine...

I has been more than a month chasing this pathetic company "#eurekaforbs" for fixing problems in so called best water purifier.

I had purchased a aquaguard crystal plus from croma, vashi, navi mumbai on 16th october 2017 with 2 years additional warranty. I wanted to install it at my nashik residence. When eureka forbes technician akhilesh called me for installation at navi mumbai on 17th october 2017, i told him that i want to install it at nashik residence on 31st october 2017. We have purchased an item of vaccuum cleaner from eureka forbes through amazon on october, 2017. Before buying the cleaner, almost everyday person from eureka forbes called us for demo on regular basis. After purchasing the time, they are not refusing to install the product and has declined to give any demo of the product. It is almost 1 month over we are unable to use the product due to the company. I have not found this type of cheap company...

They have wrongly informed me about this AMC. They told that within one year you will get a full replacement of carbon and candles after I have spent 1360 rupees as amc. They replaced full carbon and candle. They told within 1 year, it will be replaced freely if you give this AMC. After 1 year, they again charged with 1360 once again and renewed the AMC....

Service led blinks - complaint has been registered on 20.10.2017.
1) technician had visited and identified the fault ie electronic fault in the system
2) electronic chip has been replaced and still service led blinks
3) finally service technician has informed that some problem in electronic board and that has to be rectified/replaced by them
Once again i request that necessary arrangements may be made to rectify...
