On March 13, a payment of Rs 150 was being credited to www.freshmenu.com for a lunch order. But after the debit from freecharge wallet the merchant site came back to payment page with neither failure nor success message. This was brought to the attention of www.freecharge.in customer care immediately by email. But still no response from them except that it will automatically get refunded after 5-7 business days.
On sending the reminder...

I have account balance on my account but I can't withdraw it even following right options.It is showing "You cannot withdraw any amount to bank as of now. Why?"

Add mony freecharge account from my depit card 500 transition is over depited in my depot card 500 but not add to my free charge accounts...

I have done a telephone bill payment. of Rs 2470 on 17th March 2016. The details are Order ID: -FCLA[protected]

The amount is not paid to utility company. I have raised the issue by Ticket # 3317850 but no response from their side.
request you to do the needful to resolve the issue...

The transaction for order id: FCVW[protected] is not competed as amount from my bank account has been deducted....

With reference to your query regarding fraudulent transaction through your card. Please note that the card which you have reported to us has been used on our portal, however, later the user has cancelled all these transactions and opted for refund in the Freecharge wallet. You may want to report the matter to concerned police. If police requires any information from Snapdeal, they...

I have done my recharge in the evening, I was notified that my transaction will be done with in 2 hrs . It's more than 5 hrs and the recharge is still pending. There is no update or no amount credit into my account . Please refund my amount.

On 22nd Feb 2016 at 01:05 AM i have done a Reliacnce top up recharge of 100/- via freecharge.com but it failed, also 100/- deducted from my account. From then, i have write so many mails even contact customer care of both freecharge and reliance regarding the problem but both didn't take any steps, both pointing to each other for the failure but no one refunded my money yet. I don't know with whom my money is stuck...

I am a free charge user .I have done a recharge amount of 294 on 16/03/2016 .The recharge status is pending but amount dedutced from my freecharge wallet..my order id is FCVA[protected]. please check and refund the debited amount... n most important plz provide at least one Customer care no to customers because no mails receive by ur side n customers waiting 4 their money......

My mobile number is and i did recharge of 699 with order if of FCVA[protected] but it has been 24 hours recharge is still pending . i mail n call customer care but no response ...please sort out my problem.

On date 17/02/2016 i make a one online post paid bill amount of ruppes 500/-( five hundred only) through free recharge then amount will be deducted from my saving account and bill payment is not done. Order id : fcmw[protected]

Sir I have done two recharges on 14/03/2016 whoes
Order ID is FCVA[protected] for rs 343

Another is FCVA[protected] for rs 291 but non of these are created in to my Mobile. Only a message from your side, your transaction is pending wait for two hours. I did these recharges between approx 9:00 am to 9:30 am.
Sir please refund my money or recharge my mobiles as soon as possible. And I request you to get...
