Fc cashback for promotional offer

I had received promocode 50app offer email for recharge on android app. I did rc60 (2 times) recharge applying code & made card payment on 25mar'16. Order ids' are

I have dropped emails to [protected]@freecharge.In & [protected]@freecharge.com many times. Its been 10days i did not receive cashback nor any reason for it.
I never faced this problem earlier.
I should be receiving...

Not processing cashback for mobile RC

I did a transaction of 90rs with 6FC code .recharge was successful but they didn't process my cash back .when asked to customer care
They said

"We would like to inform you that once you apply the promocode, message for successfully applying the promocode will be displayed. But the validation, to see if you have met the terms and conditions of the offer takes place only after the transaction is processed successfully....

Recharge not completely

i want to say that freecharge is cheating very much.
on 28 Nov. 2014 i had done a balance of Rs198 but freecharge deducted the amount two times and the bank's passbook itself revealing abot the transaction and i complaint many times freecharge but they keep on ignoring it. and when i keep on complaining then their replies comes and they said they had not deducted the amount two times and after that they are just keep on...

Money not received since 24 hours

But that rs:200.00 wrongly deposited freecharge account(Account no:[protected])and they tell me for refund in (5 minits) but after 24 hours left that money not credited in my account..

Hijacking of bank details.

I purchase a product from snapdeal, but for some reason i returned the product, then they transfered my money to freecharge.com, there they told me to provide bank details to get the refund, so accordingly i entered the bank details and they credited the money to my account, but on there site there is no options to delete the bank details . So this is a case of hijacking of bank details. Which is by law is a offense. Someone might steal the...

Hi i have update the bank account and ifsc code in free charge account but by mistake ifsc code is incorrect updated by me i.e. ikbl instead of ibkl so we have update the same but it is not corrected in 7 days then we have added another bank account in my wallet but it is still not reflecting as on date i have also issue virtual card for using wallet balance but it not woking so i have mailed many times to [protected]@freecharge .in but is full...

Balance has been deducted but recharge not successfully completed

I have been recharge my airtel digital tv which is number is:[protected] is recharge online by freecharge sum assured of 1465.00(one thousand four hundred and sixty five rupees) only. I have been recharge this amount on dated 30.03.2016 but my airtel digital tv is not recharge and sum assured has been deducted.

Money deducted from bank but not paid to Airtel

I used Freecharge services to pay my Airtel landline bill (order ID FCLW[protected])which was due on 25th March 2016, being so initially i got a email on 26th March that it was successful and later yesterday freecharge have emailed me that my money is safe with you and the transaction is successful.

Hope freecharge know that if the bill payment in not made on time i will incur some penalty of late payment.
