This is regarding continuous followup with idbi bank with regarding to verify the odv from hdfc bank and mail is been sent for idbi yelahanka branch bangalore and they are not allowing to move my loan to another bank truly bad feedback to idbi bank it is almost two months i am trying to move my loan bank is not allowing to do verification of documents

Let me know how to proceed further now i have...

My home loan account number with idbi bank is [protected]. The emi payments were completed in march 2020. I have still not received intimation of closure of loan, and i have not been informed to collect the home documents back, even after 6 months. Please provide a date as to when i can expect the documents by!...
