I am aircel customer my no is [protected] for some reason i have ported to idea cellular. After 5 day of mnp port. I got message on aircel sim that welcome to idea. But till now i didn't give network on my sim
So i am trying to get network but no issue
Please raise my complaints and help me to get network on my sim
Please this is my primary sim. So, please resolve my issue as soon as possible...

Today 99 rupees was deducted from my balance for a mysterious 'India film fare' download that I never saw or approved for download. I called Idea helpdesk to clarify the issue and request refund. but they insisted that i must have clicked it.. Twice for approval. It is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed. I couldn't even see anything downloaded. It is either a mistaken charge at Idea's end or an outright fraudulent charge. Sad to experience...

Dear Sir,
I have 2 connections IDEA postpaid. Previous month they gave me offer of 639 monthly charges for both numbers. and the combined bill will generate with 20+20 GB DATA + 10GB sharing data for both. But they have activated 2999 plan. After that, they are not giving proper response and also misbehaving with me.

I have 2 complaints, 1 month ago i did not pay any attention to the plan or any other book or did not pay any money from the 3 months of the call and i have been going to call the costumer care call to that i have no idea. To pay a fee of 3 months for 3 weeks of the payment, i have to pay a prepaid tax rate of 1100 rupees a month, i have paid a pre-payment period and i have no idea what to say about any details. The signals are totally blocked out, internet servers are down, not able to place or receive any call.
This problem is not one timer its a persistent issue with the network
The signals of this providers are too weak to work
Kindly fix this as soon as possible as it is creating a lot of problems to customers.
Kindly look into your network issues otherwise soon we have to switch from idea to other network providers....

I have been charged incorrectly... Rupees 100 has been deducted from my balance todau for downloading some animation called nazaara... I immediately called Cust SVC... They were unhelpful... I want my balance restored... I have not downloaded this content... I have checked by browser and download history... I call idea customer care regarding idea class 0 message coming for at-least 40-50 times in a days, even in nights also, he said to send stop sms to 593350 and your problem will get solved in 48hrs but still nothing has been done from last 8 days

Hi got an sms from idea saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional calls.
But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.
My number has been shutdown and i have contacted idea for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.

In the detailed bill of my idea postpaid mobile number [protected] dated 26 January 2018, it is seen that an amount of RS 549 is charged for a call to number 055315 on 10th January 19.02 hrs. While checking it is understood that call to that number is not possible from my number. More over I am very much sure that such call was not made from my number.
