I have ported my postpaid Vodafone SIM to IDEA couple of months ago by porting number. I went out of INDIA for 30 days on a business trip, and on returning i saw the message of 20 days before, of not paying Vodafone bill of 267 rs.
when i got back, my number was permanently disconnected (PD). So what is my fault just for 20 days,...

Now a days idea is sharing customer mobile number to third party vendors as their like. So everyone please be very careful. They are very breaching the law and they are doing what they like now a days. Is this right. Because of this i am receiving unwanted messages and calls from the vendor. What these idea is thinking about the customers. Are they fools or the dolls. They are breaching the law....

Complaint on huge bill amount of idea postpaid connection,

As i was using the idea postpaid connection since last 1 year, my number was [protected], and all was working well, no due, no complaint, in last 1 years my bill amount was always below rs 1000/-however in feb 2018, they have raised my bill amount to 75000/-, without any intimation to me that your bill has been exceeded at your credit limit, as my phone bill credit...

I had lots of discussion with the Idea customer care for Accessing 4G service in my Redmi Note 4.

Previously the person told me you need to upgrade the Sim to 4G and you can access it after that.

So, I updated My Sim Card to 4G, but even though I cant access the same, So again I called up the service center and person told me you require the 4G setting and he told me that he will send me and then it will start...

I have been charged for data usage during feb 2018 which was never used. My cell has built-in data tracker application which shows that data that i had used it was within the monthly data limit. I did sent screenshots for the data-usage of jan, feb and mar 2018 to prove data hasn't used. I sent email to applellate office as well as customer care many times but no help so far. Everytime they are closing the system generated ticket without...

Today i have charged for 9 rs for downloading new arrival_gm from india games but i didn't do anything or download anything even then my balance deducted.
It's truly fraud..
Because i didn't download or click any advertising or games.. It's totally scam from idea...
And i saw many of them facing the same issue..
Please do the needful.

I wish to inform you that 15th feb evening by 4:30 pm i got a call from mobile number [protected], (Introduced himself as roshan sharma) and informed me that i have not redeemed my reward points of hdfc credit card and he may help me to get these points redeemed as cash and credit transferred to my any other credit cards and asked for information of same (Standard chartered credit card).

The person calling was so confident...

Want refunds of such unnecessary/forcefully value added services or porting to other mobile network providers.

Customer care executives providing no resolutions and their behaviour towards problem is irrelevant and untollerable....

I got a massage from iz-ideacms this morning that say "dear customer, thank you for downloading filmfareawards from indiagames. You have been charged rs. 99" but i hadn't download this thing and not even click on any pop up message.
But rs.99 had been added to my unbilled amount.
Please, i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible or i'm going to deactivate...

Fraud advertising : don't trust this fraud company. I activated rs.109 unlimited local/std call, few hours i enjoyed this sooo called unlimited call, after that they are saying i have no balance. When i contacted customer care they said "the call is not unlimited you can only use 250 local/std min's, 1 week totally 1000min's". Then they said you must read terms & conditions before buying. Yap my fault i used paytm i clearly saw a check box...

Sir i have recharged with 199rs pack which consists o[censored]nlimtd msgs calls nd 1.4gb per day data. From today morning i have been receiving many messages from many people but i am not able to send messages to only a particular number.. Except that person i'm able to send messages to all others. I ave rebooted my phone switched off and on it but of no use. But my balance is been cut.. I donno y can't i send and receive messages from only that...

I went to get my no. Linked with aadhar. The customer care executive asked to upgrade my sim and handed over me a new sim. The old one was supposed to stay active till the new one is not activated. I have been trying to get it done but the activation is getting failed again and again. But it is not yet activated and as its my business no. I am facing very much issues. Please help it resolve....

Idea network new fraud policy cut my balance and sending such message. Two days before my balance cut this way.
Please share to all. People should know such fraud policy of idea.
I never downloaded anything like this.
Customer care representative not gave any answer...

My complaint is regarding balance deduction of rupees 92 from my Idea number. Some paid content automatically downloaded on my phone, without my permission, and charged me 92 rupees. When i contacted costumer care, they told me that, the deduction is not refundable.. I am very disappointed with Idea cellular services....
