I have lodged a complaint on 12/07/2017 regarding my Air conditioner -my complaint no is [protected]
But it is not resolved after five days.

I strongly feel it is a harassment, more than 20 times of reminder also not solved my issue yet.

I keep on asking to wait.

My case is very pathetic sir.
I am using ifb model : senorita : seno-dx with machine sl. No:001586 purchased during 2012.

After warrenty was over i always enter service maintenance contract with you every year till date.

My recent maintenance contract was 2 years from 09.09.2015 to 08.09.2017....

I have entered an amc with ifb inustries ltd., for my senorita dx washing machine s. No.[protected] immediately after the warranty period and the current amc renewed by me on 3.5.2016 vide the receipt no. [protected] for 2 years. I have registered a complaint through toll free nos as below for leakage of water while running the machine, malfunctioning of set-up and sound:

My ifb front door 6 kgs washing machine was not working, it did not take water from inlet we bought filter and fix but it is not working, every time you guys took a long time to resolve but now, please do as soon as possible to resolve the issue because my mother is health is not good, she could not wash clothes her own, this is the problem arise twice in past so make sure to fix it permanently....

I recently called the ifb washing machine service center regarding the problem in the machine. The service person come to attend the call with in 24 hours. But instead of solving the problem he sold ifb products around rs 3500. He washed the machine with his cleaning powder and informed that the problem is solved. Today we put the cloth for washing again the same problem is coming in the display (Utcr). So my concern is ifb customer service...

Ridiculous about this company, till date i was speaking very high about their products, but today i must say they are #, authorized service center asking for high service charges rs.500+ which is available for rs.300 or less outside and also if you want to purchase the spare part only you have to pay the service charges taken or not. Why should i as a consumer is prohibited from my rights to buy or deny any product or service....

I have call to ifb care since last 4 days. They have registered my complain but engineer has not visit yet. They have given me 24 hrs time but no one has visit yet... Most stupid service i have seen ever....

Our washing machine once suddenly stopped (One month back) as the internal board got short off due to electricity fluctuation and the clothes got stuck in the drum as the door got locked. On the same day we made a call to customer care and registered a ticket for the same. We received the service after 2 - 3 days from the ifb technician who in turn broked the front door and did not turn up till date.

We are from then continuously...

I have registered a complaint about washing machine not working about a week back.

Technician told that it will take 3-4 day to get it repair.
It has been 9 days, still, it is not resolved and customer care in not giving a satisfactory answer....

We had registered a complaint regarding malfunctioning of put ifb washing machine (In warranty period) and we were assigned complain/ticket number : [protected] dated 27 june 2017.

Inspite of repeated telephonic reminders, our machince has not been fixed.

Request: to send a technician to get the machine fixed as soon as possible....

My ifb microwave oven gone faulty on 24.06.2017 & on that date i had lodged a service request at lokamata service center at bhubaneswar. As no one attended fault for rectification, i had lodged complaint on your all india customer care help line number.in the mean time i had contacted bhubaneswar service center several times, but till today i, e, 11.07.2017, my oven did not get repaired.
As such i request you to do needful to repaire...

I have front loaded fully automatic ifb washing machine, but machine has vibration problem during in running condition so please provide solution. Sometimes i had problem with machine whenever its during in spinning condition. So i can hear about some liquid to wash it and control of machine vibration, its correct or not. My machine foundation base is in proper condition....

I am resident of navi mumbai (Flat 1004, monarch luxuria, plot 6, sec 18, kharghar navi mumbai-410210) owner of ifb front loading machine (Aqua alena).

I have lodged a complaint ([protected]) against abnormal functioning of my machine, and technician has done several visits alongwith spare parts but unable to resolve the issue though he said no issue with motor.

This is a k karn. I am facing problem in my washing m/c. After putting the switch on the m/c is not starting. We have complaint through the dealer (M/s national electric and also through customer care. But after a weeks time with my regular follow ups, they didn't send any service enggineer. Today they came and said he will again come tomorrow to detect the problem.

The service person used the minimum water level (Water level 1) while performing descaling with 3 packs of ifb descale powder. After completion of the whole cycle the bottom part of washing machine looks corroded and a bad smell persists. The water level not even reached 1/5th of the total drum. Previously the service people used to run the descaling procedure using tub clean mode....
