Ihave paid an amount of 525/- for a ticket from sc to adi through paytm payment gateway, i cancelled the ticket. Irctc refund statement says they have refunded the amount 465/- paytmsdk on the date 28-nov-2017. But ihave not received that amount yet

Hi,
There are some fraud payment transition on my hdfc debit card ending no 4374 to irctc.
The reference no[protected] amount 5000/-inr
[protected] amounts 2000/-inr indian railway
This had happen without my permission. On 2nd december 2017 around 6:51 pm to 7:15 pm.
It is really painful for me.

Kindly please support to refund the payment or advice me....

I want to book a ticket on 28th november from irctc official website. My ticket hasn't booked but money is debited from my bank account twice. My irctc user id is mknrocket. My transaction i'd is [protected] and [protected]. When i contacted with irctc customer service then he says that your money will be credited automatically within 3 to 5 days but till now i haven't got refunded. I tried to book railway ticket from irctc site from dadar (Dr) mumbai to raichur on dated 24.11.2017 from tatkal quota. However the amount of rs.967/- for 2 persons was deducted from my credit card i. E. Irctc sbi credit card ending 0621. Due to this i had to book ticket again from tatkal quota from other sbi debit card which was ok. But the above amount is not refunded to me till date.
Please resolve the issue....

Our (6passengers) ticket booked for the train no 12328 (Pnr no[protected], upasana express (Haridwar to howrah) for the date 01.04.2017 which has been cancelled by the company itself. So we went to the bankura station and filled all necessary forms told by station master and submitted on 05.04.2017. As per their information the amount should refund by 3months. But still we are waiting. My question is are we just wait and watch for years...

I had booked a ticket from njp to bangalore cantt. For 14th oct 2017, which got canceled due to non-confirmation of the same. Irctc says that they have refunded the amount and has sent me the proof for it, but sbi has not credited the amount to my account. I went to my home branch bank (Kurseong) to inquire. But, sbi says that they have not received any payment from irctc, and also there has not been any transaction...

So many bogy have no switch for light and fan on/off..

So many sleeper bogy toilets light not working...

Also catering food rate is so high... Some catering person selling tea in 10 ruppes..
Veg biryani and egg beryani...

I had canclled a ticket on 28 th nov, 17... The money had not yet refunded to my savings account...
Instead in the irctc portal.. The refund history mentioned as refunded...

I claimed tdr for jounrney not taken from mgs to pnbe. Followings are the details however tdr refund history shows cr registered for more than 10 months but amount has not been refunded yet.

1 it is intimated that a prs counter. Reservation ticket pnr-
[protected] c. No 3691rrh[protected] ticket no. 11152888 was booked in ac three tier from nasik road to ballia (Train no.11061) against four passenger.. Payment against the same was made through credit card on counter.

2. Subject journey could not be commenced as the status was wl-3, 4, 5, and 6 against journey date 08 jan 2017. When...

Today i am booking ticket but ticket was not booked. The train runs so late and is the only train on the route that the customers have no option but to take this train, which is too dangerous for subsequent bookings as due to its persistent delay, resulted in me almost missing my bus to new delhi and the indian railways or irctc bears no responsibility for the mental harassment, temporal and monetary loss borne by me....
