nothing received refund till now

I have to book my train ticket by paytm order id [protected]. And cancelled after chart prepared and filed tdr. I want to received edr refund confimation on 18.05.2017 but nothing to receiv ed the amount of rs. 305 against pnr no. [protected] in bank account or wallets.
So kindly please paid the amount. Sir i want to send of my account details in pdf format annexure attached

I am complaining regarding tatkal booking

Most of the time this happens not even with me this is happening with many people that whenever i tried to a booked ticket in tatkal quota this is popped up that i cannot book 2 tickets on the same ip.. Which i not done... I understand this happens on a public network but i m using my own cell phone network to book ticket.. Kindly resolve this issue and let me know the solution for this problem...

no information on travel time extension

Hi,
I travel using guruvayur express to trichy from chennai on a regular basis. But on 29th there was a detour of the rgular way and i ended up staying 9 hours in the train for a travel which lasts only 5 hours. There was no prior info. There was no food provisions for this extended travel. There was no medical provisions too. My daughter had fever because of this...

Hi support team,
I have booked a tatkal ticket from dli (Delhi)
To bv (Babhnan) 15274/satyagrah exp on 25th sep,
2017.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the
Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing...

my refund money is not credit in my bank account

I had made 2 ticket on 17th september and 18th september. Both ticket was waitinglist.
Ticket of 17th sep were not confermed and it was automatic cancelled. Which pnr is[protected]
Ticket of 18th sep were also waitinglist but before prepared of chart i made cancelled and its pnr is[protected]

money not refunded

Sir i was doing online ticket booking from irctc on 22 aug 17 from bti to gwl but ticket not booked three times but my money has deducted two times. Txn id are [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have complained to irctc customer care so many times and four to five times i have sent my bank statements but no action has taken from irctc. Pls take necessary action....

refund not made

I tried to book tatkal ticket from ernakulam to bengaluru on october 1 for the journey on october 2 (Train no: 16316). But i did not get the ticket while the amount of rs. 1260 was deducted from my account. As the transaction was cancelled i got a mail promising the refund of the amount but was not done till now.

Please do the refund as soon as possible....

I booked the train guruvayur express (16128) through irctc but my pnr number is not generated but money taken from my account. I booked vri-tbm (Vridhachalam to tambaram on[protected]. My transaction number is [protected]. Amount 85 rupees taken from my account, but still amount is not refunded to my account. So please refund the money to my account....

people travelling without reservation in asr - ndls swarn shatabdi

Yesterday i was travelling from ludhiana by train no. 12030, seat no. C10, 46 & 47. I observed that in c10 coach 7 persons were travelling without reservation and sitting on floor near washroom. Similar was the case in other bogies. How so many un-reserved people were travelling in that fully reserved train.
Action should be taken against such corrupt tc, who take bribe and allow such un-authorized people.

online transaction failed but money not refunded

Hi i tried to book a ticket on thursday 28th september 2017 from chennai to bangalore through a double decor express but the ticket was not booked. However the amount of rs.670 was deducted from my account. Please refund this amount asap. Its already been 5 days now and i haven't got my refund back. theft of gold chain

theft happen during journey from bhopal to kalyan mangala 12618

I have lost my travel in indian railways from bhopal to kalyan last night 02 october coming to kalyan via mangla 12618.

I lost about 30000 of gold and accessories.

Item lost :- seagate harddisk, power bank, gold ring, all atm and credit card all i'd proofs, headphones.

refund of tickets

And we were there before 1 hour time given in the ticket n the train passed...

Name - manoj kumar user id - manoj3839. By mistake i have entered [protected]@gmail.com in my registration form instead of [protected]@gmail.com. Now, when the app of irctc asked me verify user by entering the otp. I saw i had given a wrong email address. Please forgive me. Change my email address as soon as possible.

poor service in 20890 humsafar express

I along with my wife booked ticket in 3ac to travel from bbs to hwh on 02nd oct-2017. No bed roll was provided, nor was there any tte in b-13 coach. Attendant told there was no bed roll. Irctc should take necessary action when they are charging full amount the services should be provided according to customer satisfaction. My seat nos are b13-24 & b13-39. The service provider is dynamic services & attendant name is arup mondal.
