wanted to reopen repudiate tdr

Hi Team,

I had Filed a TDR against PNR number [protected] on 2nd of July 2019.

Train No.-12322
Train Name- KOLKATA MAIL

By mistake I selected the reason as TRAIN DIVERTED AND NOT TOUCHING BOARDING STATION instead of Train got delayed by more than 4 hours.

I had mailed [protected]@irctc.co.in for changing the reason for TDR filing on 3rd of July itself but it was not changed. So...

I booked tickets from garhmuktesar (Gms) to delhi (Dli) and delhi (Dli) to garhmuktesar (Gms) on irctc website on 9 july 2019 but money is debited from my bank account and tickets are not booked. There is no refund received in my bank account till 18 july 2019. Irctc customer care did not give any satisfactory answer. I have booked ticke pnr no [protected] from banglore to kolkata as on 18 december 19 bur after chart preparation my ticket was not confirmed, last status was rac then filed tdr. This tdr was approved as on jan19of 1st week but till now i javed not recived the refun money 10140rs

lack of response

I registered on the irctc website and got a user account. Irctc took payment from my credit card and then for some uknown reason later refunded the money. I have tried to re-register but the system does not allow me to because my original registration is still in the system (But will not allow me to make a booking). I have written several emails to irctc about this and also asking them to cancel the original registration so that i can re-register....

refund not received for cancelled ticket pnr no 6326597565

I booked my ticket with pnr number [protected] on 10 march 2019.
I cancelled this ticket on 5 april 2019.
I have already mailed and called irctc complaint centre several times. But no satisfactory response from irctc and haven't received my refund.
Everytime i mail irctc, i get an automated response.
When i call, they put my call on hold to transfer to senior executive, everytime they give me different reasons....

tdr filed but rejected

Dear sir,

I had a booking for travel from patna to bhagalpur on 27th june 2018 in train brahmputra mail. Since the train was late by more than 3 hours, i did not board the train. Later when a filed a tdr on 28th june after reaching my destination the same was rejected.

irctc it shows "pending from bank end" while money deducted from account

I booked a train ticket in IRCTC for the train number 17405 / KRISHNA EXPRESS on 07/11/2019.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used GooglePay to pay and payment was successful and money got deducted from my bank. But my ticket Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

I have used debit card during transaction total 3 times on 10/07/2019 around 9.45 am, but among them 1st 2 times ticket not issued but amount (Rs 651.47 & rs 651.47) debited from my savings bank account.

bad service and looting by irctc itself

I travelled by train 12510 from Howrah to Krishnarahapuram on the 9th/10th July. My PNR is [protected] and my berth was S-7, 58. The train was over crowded like a refugee train. at the time of boarding at 0045 hrs I could not even reach my berth easily as passengers were sleeping on the aisle and by berth was also occupied. the toilet was in bad condition obviously when a compartment meant for 72 passengers were occupied by over 150 passengers....

jet airways refund not credited

I had book flight on 30jan however due to jet shutdown thay cancelled my flight hence i requested for refund..! Requested as on 30th march and today is 9th july i am still not recevied any refund.! After contacting to irctc thay are not bothered to answer..!
I had call them and email them many times however recvd same response to wait your refund is still in process its been more then 3 months i am not recevied any amount.!

overpriced pantry

I bought samosa for 20 only 2 samosa was provided with tea 15 and coffee 25. Chowmin which was 30 for 100gm is now 45 for 100gm.
They are saying that government has increased the price of irctc pantry catering. But the price of 3 samosa in ispat express is 20 for 3 samosa

food was pathetic .

Its' really surprising that the food supplied by the service provider is of below standard in a train like rajdhani express to guwahati and new delhi. Earlier menu was there in the serving tray which is now replaced by the some other pictures. Above all no jam with bread, sometimes no ice-creams. On the other hand, soan papdi is replaced by mere cheapest biscuits. Above all, the rotis served were stale in most of the cases and the no bread-stick...

refund on cancellation before chart prepared

I cancel ticket on 27 june. And journey date of both ticket was 5 jul and 7 jul.
And it has been 10 days sine cancelled my ticket. There is no amount of refund money of none of tickets.

When will deposite refund amount in my account??

unable to update my own mobile number ( unsafe for ladies )

This is a major issue that I am facing.

My Mobile number which I have had on me for more than 10 years is being used in another IRCTC account which doesn't belong to me.

The mobile number updated in my account currently is no longer with me. It is discontinued and now belongs to someone else. Every time I book someone else gets my travel details. Being a woman its not safe for me to disclose my travel details...
