I am a kotak credit card customer for the last 5 years with credit card # [protected] and crn #[protected], due to some recent financial hardship i could not make the payments of my card since january 2020.in the past i always made my payments on time. My account put hold without notification and delay of credit card payment, i will done my payment but they told still they will not get any received notification. Who should given permission to put on hold my salary account. (This is credit card department)

When customers are not sharing any critical information and then also frauds are happening, in such actions, bank should be responsible as upi transaction, no two-factor authentication was also received.in these how on earth can a customer avoid or control such frauds or transactions.
