Dear sir/madam,

I booked a mobile through flipkart and availed emi scheme offered by kotak credit card. Later i have cancelled the order but still my emi is being cut.

When i called customer care they always said someone senior will call you from 3 days but no one called.

I request you to resolve this issue in earnest as i m wrongfully debited every month over a period of 6 months for a transaction...

I have a saving bank account in kotak mahindra bank, nit faridabad (Haryana) branch & my a/c no. Is [protected], i had make one dd for rs. 2850000.00 on 21/01/2020 from my branch, at the time of making dd i had asked what is the charges for dd & bank representative had told me there is no charges for making dd but after four days on 25/01/2020 bank has deducted rs. 8404.00 as dd making charges.

Made a transaction via moneygram to one of your customers since friday, 14th february 2020. Recipient claims her account has not been debited till today, 3 business days after the transaction has been paid by moneygram.

The bank gave up on my complaint stating they can't help me as the other bank failed to respond.
The concern is about money. It's insane that a bank gives up and keeps the money with them.
They took 35 days to respond the query and nothing has been updated. The fault is from kotak bank. Is there any other superior to escalate as the money matters alot to me than to bank....

(Mr.Akshay Mittal Sales Manager) has taken Rs 15200 from me in the name of getting my visa and airline ticket to dubai. This is request to you that please help me, so many times i visited kotak bank banjara hills branch and i have been called customer care too about my money deductions but they don't have minimum banking knowledge
Nearly kotak bank deducted and hold, my money 10, 000 rupees (Hidden charges) from my account without my knowledge but net banking statement showing as clear and nothing charged, kotak online forums...

But on 2nd feb 2020 bank has charged me 4500/- rs for non maintaining charges,

I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2017. It is a Zero Balance Account. It was told when i opened my account in kotak mahindra that the bank will charge nothing for this type of account because it is a simplly basic zero balance account which is called 811 account.

There are total 2 deductions of 23.60 and 2 deductions of debit card charges of 130.68 and 104.14 in the last two months.
