Poor customer service at the shivam auto zone, maruti service centre charkop kandivali west mumbai 400067. Today evening at 4.20 pm i entered the service center. Had to wait for over an hour for the advisor to attend to us and no one even bothered to offer a glass of water even. I'm a maruti customer for the past 12 years, never i've come across such an experience. A humble request to the stakeholders today's world is all about customer service....

I booked a ALTO VXI on 02-Apr-17 with Machino Techno Sales Ltd, Alipore, Kolkata. Customer Id [protected]. They promised me to deliver it in 3 weeks. Further, I have made the full payment on 22-Apr-17. Till now they have continuously changing the delivery dates and I am still not sure when I will get the car.

I want a compensation of the false promise they have made as I have to made alternate arrangements...

We bought a new maruti suzuki baleno car from atul nexa rajkot.
At the time of purchase i told him that we want a selected registration vehicle number from Rto.
At the same time he wrote the wrong address in the rto registration process form. Now we dont have that address proof. So we told atul nexa to solve this problem. Mr. Bhargav (atul nexa rajkot) take 1.5 months to resolve that problem. Now rto morbi told us that u passed...

I gave my vagon r car for repairing to fort point service station at thane. But when i received my car that time my some car accessories and one blazer with important documents has been kept by the concerned person of that service station. I repeatedly asked them but they are not interested to give my missing articles. Nor taking any responsibility of that theft.
It's clearly theft....

As m/s apoorva motors, authorised dealers / service centre available at farukhabad, we have parked the vehicle there for repair etc. I was remained continuously touch with manager mr. I unfortunately had renewed my car insurance with popular dealership at Maruthi. Since my son got a policy from United Insurance, I submitted the cancellation letter along with the policy bearing policy number[protected]with the cancelled cheque to the Insurance manager Mr Gopakumar ([protected]) on 6/02/2017. I have a swift dzire car vdi i was purchase a 12 april 2016,
17600 km done, vehicle no is dl 2c aq 9589, before 2 to 3 month continue some brake problems in my car. Push a brake pedal and noise start continue its a very irritiate noise. I had submitted documents for insurance policy endorsement on 14/04/17 with complete documents and vehicle inspection done on same day from chowgule industries, taware colony, pune. Till now i have got no feedback or update for the same even after repeated calling. Vehicle no. Mh 14 bx 2558. I have traced with maruti insurance team and found that there is no endorsement request generated yet....

In continuation with my previous complaints, i bring into your notice that despite my repetitive attempts no suitable action is being taken from your end...

I purchased maruti sdzire tour diesel no wb 04g 9235 on[protected] by cash from dewars garage ltd, 4a council house street, kol - 1. Because of sheer negligence of above dealer i could not get central excise refund on above commercial vehicle in spite of my vigorous follow up with them. Please look into the matter and ensure me the above refund. I did not expect this kind of non-cooperation from the dealer of a reputed company like maruti....

Sir, i have given my vagonr car to anand motors bahraich. As per their commitment they have to ready my vehicle on date. The person who was given job trfd to lucknow. Iind one whose mob no. Given to me is on leave. Iii rd person picked the phone & told me to give position after few minutes, is not picking mobile now. I have some urgent work for outstation for which vehicle is required.
