Nilkamal storage box ordered on 13th Mar 2010; despite several reminders Big Bazar seems to be cheating us.
The non responsiveness has caused mental stress - as also Big Bazar should compensate for the unnecessary expense on account of phone calls and followups.
I would like to have an escalation authority to addres this issue within Big Bazar if they have one, before approaching the consumer court....
