I'm a bigtv customer since last one year. After completing my 1 yr of so-called free subscription, I've been struggling hard to change my package. I've tried calling their customer service ( worst and most pathetic in the market) about 40-50 times in last 5 days but whenever i'm lucky to talk to their executives, i get a response that their servers are down. In fact they have purposefully closed down...
