I have your two cdma no. that is [protected] & [protected] from the begining of recom.. Dt. 09.06.2016 your cdma services stoped and messaged to collect new 4G sim from your reliance store. In according to above massage i have collect two sim nos:[protected] &[protected] from your store situated at shrihari tower, meerabai marg, lucknow- 226001 on same date 09.06.2016, but a lady of that store charged rs 200 for two sims....

I have recharged wid 95rs in wch m getting 1gb 3g for 10days but i got only 350 mb net after my rc is done... Customer care people are only transferring my call... 95rs rc 1gb 3g this info is given on reliance official site... And please reliance train your customer service people properly they always want to cut the call as soon as possible... Most of the times when i call your customer service there is a technical problem goin on nd i was...

In the month of may i send port request i got upc code but due to data balance i kept hold in network later i send many request fr upc code but i did not reaolved each time i complain they said ur issues has been resolved and i was charged for upc message but unnable to get code.

I recharge with 55 but not get full talk time benefit only get 41
Also I have not facility to connect with customer care service 198
Aiso with recharge of 97 data is 300 mb but I am get 250 mb

Worst service ever given by the reliance not expected this from u.
A message was sent by your company in which offer given to me is 1gb 3g internet for 28 days in rs123/- but the validity given to me is only for 7 days i have complainted regarding this but my complaint still not solved i am also having complaint no.[protected]
And they said that your complaint is processed but only validity given to me and what about my 3g balance....

Hello, I am having problem with my reliance cdma number that is of delhi, this number is circulated everywhere and now because reliance shutdown down cdma network, without any prior notice, I am having serious troubles. My number is [protected] As per reliance upgrading reliance cdma converted to gsm and i also converted to gsm. All plan was credited to my number but their data plan (1gb 3g +10 gb 4g) 4g balance still did not credited and deducted main balance for data usage.
I talked to retailer regarding this matter they said your data will be credited soon. Its been 7 days and no response from them.
