Dear sir my earlier cdma card is now gsm 4g from reliance.For 1st one week i had no problem with my network.But now i am getting message, not registered on net work.I am out of bounds from my contacts and not receiving any messages and calls from my contacts.If the problem persists i may change service provider under mnp.
Please loo into the problem as my no is not working.

I really want to congratulate you for becoming worlds worst service provider. I have switch to reliance 2 weeks earlier and did not get a single moment of an average signal in delhi itself. We were a consumer of the reliance cdma internet services. The dongle number is [protected].
Reliance is in the process of converting its cdma to 4g lte for internet services.
We registered for a 4g sim on 3rd june. The website states that the sim card will be activated in 72 hours. It is now 8 days but the sim card is not yet activated. Multiple calls on its customer care#[protected] have been made but they do not pick up....

I had made complaint for my Mobile no. [protected] that on dated 7 june 2016 my data pack of 700 mb (approx) and main balance deducted automatically in night from my mobile and no one is responding proper even when we talk to 198 customer care no one is giving reference number of talk. For this I had tried to make complaint on morning but call not conneted to 198 customer executive again i had tried many time but last night on 10 june call...
