My mobile no is [protected] and an amount of vas deduction 5 rs hasbeen deducted continuously in two days total in 10 rs.a vas pack hasbeen activated without my any interruption so kindly i request you to refund my balance very soon and also i can't connect with cusomer care so please resolve my problem....

I have received below mail today asking payment of rs 2792 or appear in lok adalat. It looks like a fraud mail as i have closed all my reliance connection way back in 2012. Since then i was in belgium, therfore notreally sure why this mail has come. If its a fraud mail, pls take appropriate action.

We have requested the customer care service to disconnect my number [protected] on 9 feb as per them we have paid full and excess amount to close the connection and also we have visited the reliance store to request the disconnecting my number but none of them not responded properly we have called again to customer care number but they kept hold for 90 mits after that they disconnected our call, after trying plenty of time finally we got one...

It's disgusting to repeatedly complain about a company like reliance and now starting a new service called reliance jio but it's unfortunate for me to repeatedly get my balance deducted, May I know the reason why????
My balance was 191, I made a call for 1 min and charged 1 rupees for that so the balance should be 190 but I was shocked to see my balance was 168.50 on screen who took my money.

I recharged my reliance number [protected] with rs. 9 for 2g/3g one day data pack offering 50 mb from paytm. However, upon recharging no data benefits were received, instead free reliance to reliance calls were given which were of no use to me. As per reliance website also, there is 50 mb data on recharge of rs. 9. I have been unable to connect to reliance customer care on this. Either i need the required benefits or cashback.

Wrongly charged my number [protected] with rs 174 instead of deducting data they deducted my balance, after a lots of complaint no solution. Total;y fed up with this . I got 500 mb for the insta care app registration where my data was low i got 70 mb from free charge on 9th of april 2016 about 1:00 am . Till data have 25.4 mb data valid till 23.4.2016 and while using internet they charged 174 rs for just 1.7 mb data ....

The website of reliance under Plans and Packs tab of Prepaid Customers says that:

Phone number: [protected] is contentiously calling me for on behalf of visa/master card company and saying your card points are going to expire, so please share your card details, so we will redeem your points. These are the fake and cheater people please lodge a complaint against this number and kindly block any phone calls from this number to our number.

Mob. No. [protected] yesterday cut by Rs. 150 and today cut Rs. 22 automatic . We uses only Rs 9 by subscribing data balance 200 mb. My reliance gsm no. [protected]
At the time of porting my number from vodafone to reliance gsm, they confirmed me that i can make unlimited calls either local or national. There will be no limit on calling.
Now they are saying that my number is using commercially because i am making so many calls and without informing me they have migrated my plan from jalsa1198 to jalsa699 having a calling limit of only 4000 minutes.
