I had ordered a upper-ware which turned out to be drastically bad material.Hence I requested them to exchange with some other product.They made a reverse pick up quite late and after that when I had a conversation regarding the product exchange they made a false promise that they would mail me links of products from which I can choose and till now I dint receive any such mail from them and Its been more than a month.They are harassing me...

It has been two months i ordered the product in this site. They are not sending me the product nor refunding my money. There is no communication at all. I tried to send mails, tried to call. Two times they spoke to me making false excuses & promises that i would get the product. But they are just harassing me. No news till now. I have seen in same complaints about them from other customers too that they took the money and did not provide...

I am highly disappointed with the service. It been 2 months that I am following on the product. Vinay is the only representative who answers. Have never given me the solution. Neither gets a revert on the email. I got my first order when I did the exchange because your website don't even have a size description. I waited for 2 months and finally I m asking for a refund. Hi, i just baught a dress from Rimyrah.com. The dress is not all worthy. It seems to be very nice at their website but the actual piece which i received is a total waste of money. Poor service, bad quality of product and worst dress fittings.

Placed an order 2 months back which was entirely different from the product shown in the picture.Asked for a refund, they denied it. Asked for a product in return, stopped responding.Have eaten the money(2000)...

I ordered from d website on 29th Oct'15 with order id [protected] which I received in Mid Nov'15.However as one of the items were not good so I initiated the return the 25th Nov'15 and ordered something else but till date I am following it up from my side but have no clue what is going on with those people and my order.They are not sending me the product nor are ready to refund my money back.They are liars, fake and cheaters.Please save yourself...

These people are stupid, dumb and irresponsible. The displayed product and the original one has big difference.

They are such disaster that they will not refund the money, they are not having return policy so we need to send the product on own expenses. Unnecessarily over-cost and they sell .

I am so tired and frustrated with the Rimyrah team. I am literally in a mental breakdown because of close to 5000 spent and not returned .
i had ordered 3 dresses with order #[protected] for Polka dots two piece set, delivered on the 23rd October which looked so terrible, they state the fabric used is linen but to my horror it was some cheap georgette or whatever but surely not linen i can pull them to court to prove that.
