I ordered helmet in royal enfield site ... 48days over not received the product still.. And no confirmation too ... Hell like service ......

From the first day itself i received defect piece crom Royal Enfield.
I had purchased the royal enfield from you and now the mudguard paint is removing in large aspect.
But kathua agency(owner) always tel this is not covered in warranty. I had already replaced the mudguard, i think they had replaced with the old defected one and painted with black pen and provide me and said this is the new mudguard.

Sir when I started my bike it make a " kit kit" sound for first 5 minutes.
Some time also during jurny.
Macanic said that it is due to hydrolic pump.
Sir kindly give me solution

I have booked meteor 350 steller black on 02.02.21 from Shahilaenfield, Six mile, Guwahati, Assam. Paid the booking amount 10000 via NEFT. And the same was cancelled on 08.02.21 due to my health issue(ortho doctor restriction) . I have e mailed to Shahilaenfield for 2 time but still i did not received back my booking amount.

I met with an accident on last month 12 and I give the bike to service center for repair on 15 and now its more than 36days still the bike isn't repaired, because the parts isn't delivered yet.....

My Royal Enfield Thunderbird bike was given at Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, Pallikaranai, Chennai 600100 in the year 2020 and January 2021 for overall servicing.

On both occasions, I had to take my bike back to them three times as they failed to meet our requirements and had also not fixed the minor repair works each time. Despite repeated follow-up calls, they also delayed in picking up the bike for servicing.

My Enfield CLASSIC 350 ABS- SIGNALS AIRBORNE BLUE is having a warranty until September this year (September 2021). I have two issues to bring in to your attention,

1. On the second month of the purchase while adjusting the left sight mirror, it got broken (The mirror got detached from the handle- picture attached) and I approached the dealer for the replacement under the warranty but they denied it.

Engine oil is very low given in vehicle, would not it damage the engine...

Sir, i have an issue, when i purchased my bullet 350 from company store cochin.. They didnt fill engine oil..i take the pic. There have no experienced mechanic there. Therefor these will happened..my bullet is new..i cant ride more..i take the vechicle in 10/2/2021.. More sound coming from engine side..showroom peoples iresponsible.they didnt check the vechicle before delivery..if i have any problem in engine i want bullet new one..otherwise...
