Hi

I had ordered a product from Shopclues on 3rd October 2016. the order number is[protected].
On[protected] I got the message that the shipment was delayed.I waited.
After a few days i called customer service and was informed that product was stuck and will be sent to me.
i waited. then a few days later i checked on the app and saw that the product was now showing as delivered although I had not received...

I purchase wonker mens brown loafers and tbe quality of the shoes are very cheap and low
After seeing the shoe I contact to the sender first time they pick the phn after that I called him N number of time they didnt picky my phn I dnt understand if the seller is not been able to help the coustmer why they are put their name on the parcel
And I dnt want this shoe plz return it and give back my money.

Acutally : it is a FAKE log. The delivery agency/ Shopclues Never contacted me - seems all is "automated". I am still waiting for the order to be received....
