Hi team,

It's been so many days since i ordered a pair of skirts for myself. Instead of regular tickets being raised for the issue of not getting the product delivered at home and getting the wrong updates on the site that nobody was home while someone always is there, i just don't get any resolution from your side.

In fact now you send me a text telling me it's returned to the origin! To my shock and despair...

Chor seller selling a different cheap quality product cheating the customer want my money back or will take to social network regarding the issue i am purchase five different items from shopclues but this items is of cheap quality reply urgent or will cancelled all my order i never wish to trade with chor seller this seller is hurt shopclues goodwill take care shopclues...

Hi, i am usha jain.. I have returned a sewing machine at 8 sep, 2016... And the amount is not refunded get back in my account... Order no. Is 97962912 and return no. Is 3125741... I placed a order for Samsung 55' TV on Sep 30th. My order was cancelled by shopclues saying courier cannot deliver product to my location on Dec 17th. I am living in Chennai, Thiruvanmiyur. How can this location be non-deliverable and also i have received a lot of products from shopclues before to this same address.

Sir/Madam, I had ordered a Remote control Rechargeable Hummer Car, order no[protected]. I received it on 24 oct by Delhivery- Surface. But its not working properly. I had charged the battery, for a goodtime and when I tried with the remote control, the front wheels gave good sign, the bulb in the front blew, except the back wheels which did not give any response. I had ordered for a 30000 mah samsung power bank from Shopclues.com. They conveniently sent me 20000 mah power bank which does not even work past 15 minutes and when i asked for replacement, they claim to have already declared that the order was cancelled. But if the order was cancelled, I sincerely do not understand how the person who came to drop the package mentioned that he was from Shopclues.com while taking my 1128 rupees...
