May 2nd i ordered the product of redmi note 4g but i want the product of redmi note prime by mistake it is changed. But we requested about returned the product on may 13th but we didn't get no response for return product. Still we have that product, i want to refund the amount or change the product. I ordered an samsung 20000mah power bank from shopclues. (Order id:[protected]. I received the product with manufacture defect including physical defect and also not taking charge and all. The prouct so received is not original samsung powerbank as listed.
