This issue has been happening to me on a regular basis. I ordered my food at 9 p.m. and I made an online payment for it. The money got deducted and I waited for my order till 10 p.m. After waiting for an hour, I called customer care. They assured me that my food will be delivered. I patiently waited till 10:40 can called the customer care again. They now informed me that the restaurant is closed and they would refund my money as swiggy money....

We placed an order on swiggy at 10:30 pm it got confirmed at 10:41 and till 12:20 there was no update about the order . The app said the order would be delivered in 43 minutes but there was no update and at 12:20 the follow-up guy from swiggy calls and says the food could not be delivered.

It was raining outside and being down with fever swiggy seemed like a savior but the only thing they did was kept me waiting in anticipation.br...

Day before Yesterday I placed a order in Santosh dhaba, but he actually came nearly 30 minutes late, upon that he just cancelled my order but when I clearly mentioned my address, moreover it is a flat so it would be more convenient to him, and yesterday, I complained to coustmer care they apologized me and told you will receive a coupon code worth 100 rupees but till now I didn't receive it. But till date I haven't received the coupon, br...

I ordered food in swiggy around 3.40pm and still no delivery executive has been assigned for my order and I called customer service and made complaint to them regarding this and they said within 10 min delivery executive will be alloted but still no response! This doesn't seem fair, and I decided to Cancel my order but I noticed that I will be charged 75rs for it..
Take action soon...

I don't thing u have any value for customer concerns. That happens to every other company which is well established.
I was a valued customer of swiggy who used to order everyday.
But nowadays your company's behaviour on customer complaints is so bad and it made me even think to post it on facebook and share among my friends.

I had ordered yesterday on swiggy paneer spring roll and singapori chowmein but they delivered normal spring rolls and chowmein and when I asked for compensation they right away rejected. I have ordered food at 10.06 pm on 1st april 2017 and when called delivery executive at 11:30 pm, he told your is cancelled.
Nothing was updated from swiggy and even when i called customer care they told me to deliver food and they call me back.
As exepected nobody called back and when again i called them 12:15 am they told me that your order has been cancelled.
This should come under punishable offence.

Money debited from my account today but received a message saying there is a problem with payment. how can that be possible when i have recd a msg from HDFC saying amount is debited.
worst part is there is no way to contact them except by mail which is not replied to. The contact number given disconnects automatically saying there is no order. really pathetic service....

I am a frequent customer of Swiggy.
Today I got one chicken pizza instead of veg (which I ordered). Such a pathetic job of Swiggy. By mistake I ate two slices thinking that it is mushroom toppings. I am pure vegetarian and I ate chicken. Now what do I do???

On Feb 21st I have tried multiple times to place order on swiggy app. All attempts failed.
On 2 attempts money got debited from my account even though the order has failed.
And when chatted with support agent, I have been informed that the money would be credited back in 5-7 days.
Now after 8 working days, another support agent is saying that money is deducted only once and that too he said it is refunded, which is not...

One of the worst online food ordering app in the recent times.

This has happened the 4th time in the last 2 weeks where either the order is delayed by over an hour or the items ordered are completely unavailable. while 1 off items are permissible to being unavailable, it can't happen all the time. Wrong order delivered.. Asked for replacement.. they agreed...But the product wasn't available.. Swiggy Assured for full refund..
