Extreme inconvenience caused due to poor service and wrong information

This issue has been happening to me on a regular basis. I ordered my food at 9 p.m. and I made an online payment for it. The money got deducted and I waited for my order till 10 p.m. After waiting for an hour, I called customer care. They assured me that my food will be delivered. I patiently waited till 10:40 can called the customer care again. They now informed me that the restaurant is closed and they would refund my money as swiggy money....

Horrible service

We placed an order on swiggy at 10:30 pm it got confirmed at 10:41 and till 12:20 there was no update about the order . The app said the order would be delivered in 43 minutes but there was no update and at 12:20 the follow-up guy from swiggy calls and says the food could not be delivered.

It was raining outside and being down with fever swiggy seemed like a savior but the only thing they did was kept me waiting in anticipation.br...

Food not delivered on time

I ordered food in swiggy around 3.40pm and still no delivery executive has been assigned for my order and I called customer service and made complaint to them regarding this and they said within 10 min delivery executive will be alloted but still no response! This doesn't seem fair, and I decided to Cancel my order but I noticed that I will be charged 75rs for it..

Delivered not what I ordered and substandard food

I had ordered yesterday on swiggy paneer spring roll and singapori chowmein but they delivered normal spring rolls and chowmein and when I asked for compensation they right away rejected. Cancelled order without informing

I have ordered food at 10.06 pm on 1st april 2017 and when called delivery executive at 11:30 pm, he told your is cancelled.
Nothing was updated from swiggy and even when i called customer care they told me to deliver food and they call me back.
As exepected nobody called back and when again i called them 12:15 am they told me that your order has been cancelled.

Money debited but no order

Money deducted for failed orders

On Feb 21st I have tried multiple times to place order on swiggy app. All attempts failed.
On 2 attempts money got debited from my account even though the order has failed.
And when chatted with support agent, I have been informed that the money would be credited back in 5-7 days.

Wrong order delivered.. Asked for replacement.. they agreed...But the product wasn't available.. Swiggy Assured for full refund..
