My tata sky subscriber ID is [protected]. From last 3 days i am unable to see any channels. I put complaint yesterday evening. But no any technician responded yet. There are 3 helpline numbers. All lines are always busy. Everytime it says to wait for 5 or 10 minutes. But after remining in que for 30 min still it says wait for 10 min. Aftet 1 hr continuous dialing to custmer care atlast I had talk with customer care executive. But response...

Where are they??
All assurances washed in the rains.
No competent person to take up my complaint???
Don't understand what's going on?

Hello All,

TATA SKY has cheated me by doing a false promises.If we upgrade to UHD 4K package by paying 5900, the same package will continue .Later when i asked why am i not getting the services they said that the 5900 is only for the box but for services you need to recharge again.

I have taken to the nodal team and they confirm that they verified the call recordings and confirm whatever the executive has conveyed...

Just fed up with the lethargic attitude of the management. How long should i wait for no fault from my end??
Can't anyone do anything about my complaints???
Is the company just waiting to gulp up the balance yearly subscription i paid without giving me services??
Would not recommend any customer to go for tata sky connection any more??

Not satisfied with you service your due to society problem we are supposed to shift antina terrace parfait level to our flat window but there network not catching, so mean time we have taken permission our neighbour to fix antina on their window and your technician came and attended point he had been connected connection on our neighbour antina only instead of installing our antina so it's not working now our neighbour...

Despite our repeated requests and sms sent to you no action taken is taken on our complaints either for replacement of our set off box or solving our problem of signals. Our set off box was changed and charges also paid recently but every time it shows no signals, either rain or otherwise. we are not able to see our programmes properly. Please send some mechanic or replace our set off box which is still under warranty. Urgent please....

Fourth day and yet they are unable to come to a conclusion to resolve my complaint.
Finally I feel they are going to continue buying time as they cannot prove me wrong nor prove themselves right.Shows their incompetence and indifferent attitude towards the customers.Just money making business.

In month of june as per a tatasky message if i do a recharge of 786rs. Then i will get 1000 rs.in my account.

I recharged my tatasky account with 5920 rs for semi-annual package on 23rd june 2017.

My account is not reflecting the same but after doing it i saw my account was deactivated. My credit card was debited with the amount 5920 and i also confirmed with the bank. I received email from both tatasky and my bank that the transaction was successful.

Mental harassment by tata sky team for not abe to identify the complaints of my dish antenna since past 45 days. Today reported fault in set top box for which i need to pay charges. Upgrading the complaint to consumer forum. Technicians attending my complaint don't seem to be efficient enough. Why has the problem occurred only after my persistent complaints....
