Big Companies are cheating the Consumer by not providing with Genuine Spare Parts but are selling Spurious Products with impunity. Are such Companies above law. They don't even acknowledge the complaints.

tata sky has been recharged but channels not coming.

After recharging tatasky the channels are not coming only the main channels of tatsky is showing. As the due date was 06/08/19. So it was recharged and the amount was ₹781 which is paid, but after that also channels are not coming since it is more than 12 hours. The subscriber id is [protected]. call log done for deinstallation but no response from company after 48 hrs

I had done call log for details installation of the tata sky set top box because of transfer of place of posting. I had called tata sky more than 8 times but they have always responded by making false promises. Till date the issue is yet to be resolved from their end and i had to do the needful by a local electrician.
Who shall pay the compensation...

annual package not honoured

My annual package was to last upto 9.8.19 but they deactivated it on 3.7.19. They had also cut some of the channels after 6-7 months during the package period.
They are not replying my emails dt 4th, 5th, 10th and 19th july 19 also and not activate it. No cash receipt and mention about the annual package is given at the time of activating the tv.

I have facing signal issue since last 29 June'19 onwards and have been following up with customer care and they said due whether condition your signal has been lost while same will resume after 2-3 minutes.

Most amazing truth that Tatasky broadcast channels are working properly and my account is getting continuos deducted with no watching...
