Big Companies are cheating the Consumer by not providing with Genuine Spare Parts but are selling Spurious Products with impunity. Are such Companies above law. They don't even acknowledge the complaints.

Here i am complaining about the company which falls under the brand name of TATA and adopts "TATA's Code of Conduct"

Below is the detailed complaint and matter which i am trying to register with TATA SKYbr...

After recharging tatasky the channels are not coming only the main channels of tatsky is showing. As the due date was 06/08/19. So it was recharged and the amount was ₹781 which is paid, but after that also channels are not coming since it is more than 12 hours. The subscriber id is [protected]. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you....

Annual package with 13 month free offer

Before my subscription ends for current month, tatasky representative called and asked me to refill for 12 months providing amount of one year subscription. I paid that amount and asked him about my 13 month refill.

Online details were not updated for more than one month however connection was active. He also promised me that i will be allowed to change channels as per...

My dish anteena i failing in small showers rain when i approach local servicce they charged 150 without doing any repair still i am facing the problem bu i wont pay any service charges and replacement charges this has not been informed and local cable t. V operators never charge for servie and change of parts. We never expect such a problem facing against ta t sky

Today recharge 12 months 225x12=2700 rs bot as yours sms not getting one month extra benefit. Today i got a sms from tatasky recharge of 12 subscription we have offer one month extra benefit. I pay 2700 today my monthly subscribe 225 rupees. After paid i am not found mi extra one month extra subscription.. So kindly se this lapse which is not good for tata costner...

Dear sir, i am using tatsky for the past 8 years and i have taken secondary connection. Many years we enjoyed these services. But at present we don't need secondary set up box due to sail of television and i don't need new television. Therefore you are requested to disconnect my secondary set up box.

I had done call log for details installation of the tata sky set top box because of transfer of place of posting. I had called tata sky more than 8 times but they have always responded by making false promises. Till date the issue is yet to be resolved from their end and i had to do the needful by a local electrician.

Since last 3 months it is general tendency of tatasky not broadcasting any channels in the morning upto 11.45 and at evening from 7 to 8. P. M. And atnight 11.45 it suddenally stoped the channels so we can not see any programmes and even though there is no cloud no rain but on t. V. Screen they speak and show such signals and wasting customers timing tatasky servises is very very poor while channels run by cable operator it show 24 hoursbut...

An executive of tata sky called and asked to download the noc form from internet and submit it with signature, but the noc form is for transferring the tata sky connection as a whole on the name of another person. I have put request on customer care since 25th july 2019 for removing and re-installation of dish antena due to fixing of grill in the balcony area of my flat. Tata sky took the complaints, sent me sms at every stage including the technican visiting between so and so hours. Then just before visiting hours another sms received saying complaint kept on hold. My annual package was to last upto 9.8.19 but they deactivated it on 3.7.19. They had also cut some of the channels after 6-7 months during the package period.
They are not replying my emails dt 4th, 5th, 10th and 19th july 19 also and not activate it. No cash receipt and mention about the annual package is given at the time of activating the tv.

I am not able to receive the tata sky service. Requested for service on 28/07/2019, from last 5 days. There is no response from tata sky till today. Registered request no. Of tata sky is - wo#1l3q4121.
They asked for the paid service for charges 150/- rs. I agreed for the same. Then also i am able to receive the service to correct the problem from 5 days....

I have facing signal issue since last 29 June'19 onwards and have been following up with customer care and they said due whether condition your signal has been lost while same will resume after 2-3 minutes.
