I am from cuttack, odisha. I have been a customer of tatasky since 10years. I have been asking for a hd set of box remote since last week but in vain. Every time it is told to me that within 24 i will be contacted. But that 24 hours has not ended since 2weeks. Do we pay for such bad after service?? What is use of the customer care numbers? Whom shall i contact for a simple remote?...

Tv isalways announcing "your tata sky is not receiving signal"even when there is no rain or even any cloud in the local area. Even the alternativ arrangement of viewing on desktop is not functioning. I regularly view asianet malayalam channel. Immediate action is requested to restore regular functioning of the channel

refurbished faulty box in the name of warranty

Sir/madam,

Please help us in resuming the services of tata sky dth.

We want your help in getting us a new hd set top box.
We have paid 500 rs. We can't afford to pay anything more. There is no fault from our side.

The tata sky technicians have given us a refurbished (Used) faulty box in the month of january.

Now they are denying us the warranty, they promised for the refurbished...

delay of installation

I booked a tata sky dth connection on 6th july from a local dealer but their service boy set a time three times for installation within 3 days but he not came. Then i cancelled the call and book a new call from another dealer but pervious dealer call me and threat that he will not get me tata sky dth connection. I will request to tata sky to take immediate action on the above said dealer and install dth connection....

deactivate long duration plan & activate plan as per tata sky

I am having a dth connection with tata sky with 2 connections (Tata sky id : [protected]) having a long duration pack (12 months) which was cancelled by tata sky and my remaining balance amount transferred to my account. And activate plan for my both setup box without my concern, on inquiring i was told that they are following rules set by trai. But with customer concern how can they change the plan which is about rs. 695 per month.

remove the connection

Many channels do not work like sab tv and pictures and a lot of other channels we have several times called the customer care they send technician's and technician's say they will come tomorrow but they disappears. Completely fed up of this i[censored] can remove or refund the connection pls do the needful...

illegally deducting repairing charges

The tata sky antenna was damaged in cyclone "fani" in bhubaneswar. Although they repaired after 20 days but there was signal problem. Now after complain the customer care assured me of repairing that defective antenna and that to free of cost as that was still under warranty. Surprisingly after repairing the authority deducted rs 300/- from my pre-paid account paid for subscription of channels. This is is a kind of misguiding and cheating....

Purchased monthly membership via in-app purchase of garena free fire on 9 july 2019 at 7:25 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.599 for monthly membership.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no diamonds or membership was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money for me and i'm worried for the same
Please refund my money...

dth service.. pairing error

I didn't use the service for 2 months. Then i recharged it but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box. And pairing error. Nds no :

My subscriber id is [protected] and rmn is [protected]. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. I have removed the card and cleaned it as described in other complaints but nothing...

worst customer care service ever

Tata sky has the worst customer care service it feels like i am using some local channel provider service. All their customer care number are not available and even i didn't get a reply from their mumbai head office number. Tell me how to solve any problems relating to tata sky. And they are charging i don't know what i have to make a recharge after every few days. Worst worst ever service...

splitting of secondary connection to a new subscriber id

I have requested tata sky to split my secondary connection to a new rmn and subscriber id on sunday[protected]. The reference no is. 1jy250kn.

I told them this is very urgent and they too highlighted the request. As of[protected], no communication from tata sky regarding my request.

I request tata sky to look into this request, and solve it at the earliest....

Voucher on my email and not in the text also called customer care but the executive refused to help. Told me that this offer is one time and now you are registered we can't do anything.

plan change without intimation

I had subscribed for an annual package of rs. 9270/- with consumer id [protected], that is valid till 22.09.19. Although as per new trai regulation customers of long duration packs will continue with the same service for the said duration (Unless customer expresses interest for change in the package), my package was changed. Now my package is valid only till 15.09.2019. This is a clear violation of trai regulations....

misleading information

28th june 2019 submitted a request for a new setup box remote and made payment, assured delivery within 48 hours, not delivered till 7th july 2019, customer care executive told non availability of technician leads to delay in delivery and today received a message order cancelled, when call to customer care they inform me order cancelled on 29th june 2019. How could it possible i have recording of conversation on 7th july 2019. Please help...

unfair trade practice

My set top box is out of order and the franchise told me that it will take 2-3 weeks time to replace the same but for new customer it is readily available. this is unfair trade practice by tata of giving set top box to new customer at the cost of old trusted customer.

i can not watch the tv but my daily charges are being deducted from...
