Would like to bring to your notice that, i have been continuously receiving the bills twice stating, last month due was not paid, hence you need to make this payment. This error occurs though i have made my payment.

This shows, vodafone is leading to close the business inst growing.

From past 2 months i have charged unnecessary on vas. Though all my services and add on have been stopped. Already. The unbilled amount in my bill keeps increasing day by day shown vas charges. Two weeks ago i recharged for a talktime of ₹104. After a week, when i checked the balance, it showed ₹0. I had hardly any outgoing calls. I was being charged for incoming calls even though i am not roaming user. When i contacted the vodafone consumer care, they told me that i had an outgoing call which costed me ₹49. But i didn't have any outgoing call that day. Now i can't even contact the vodafone consumer care....

I have a vodafone postpaid number which bill amount too high than recent past month. They are saying you have called a special number 51717 and talk 63.10 minute while this number is used by a senior citizen who hardly make a call and attend the call. Limited number are saved in his contact list.
