Recurrent network problems...
Network problem from past 5 months... Complained earlier also. It was resolved then... My voice doesn't sound clear when i call... I. E problem in outgoing calls voice.. We have 5 vodafone connection in our family and we are planning to port to airtel.. If it's not resolved soon... We have missed important calls and we can file the compensation also in vodafone for that loss...

sim card prepaid

I had bought a sim on 23rd after linking my adar details. I have been receiving calls and watsapp for naman who seems to be the previous user of this number. How can this be possible?? Also receiving bank billing etc on daily basis which leaves me with a fact that probably my adar detail could also be misused coz the vodaphone providers seems to be extremely negligent towards their customers detail and this is a serious issue...

customer care not responding

I tried to call customer care since 2 weeks but my call was not received by any vodafone member. Last day i dropped the mail to vodafone and today i received a call from vodafone customer service member but he did not listen to my problem and he did not talking properly also. I'm facing some internet problems. And my 2 times my balance wat cut. Frist time 7₹ then again 7₹. But i[censored] did not want to listen to my problem then i'm porting...

I have a vodafone number with a corporate plan that i was using. However, due to non-use it was suspended. Irrespective of suspension, it was still being charged.

After a while, my account showed no plan active and i am still receiving a monthly bill. I'm not sure why i am even being charged if there is no active plan on my vodafone account.

I spoke with customer care over chat who said that they see the number...

not helping in converting from postpaid to prepaid

The vodafone office initially told to sms 199 regarding conversion of postpaid to prepaid from my no. After getting a call from the customer care, the executive seems listening not my voice at all and disconnected the call. This has happened for 2-3 times. It seems they don’t want to do it at all. For bills they will call you many times, but this is very unprofessional from such a big company....

disconnection of benefits before offer expires

I have done recharge of rc373 on november, 2017 with validity of 84 days. But they disconnected voice calling and data benefits on 31st jan, 2018 before expiry of 84 days. I have called customer care on this issue they were saying that offer is valid for 70days and expired on 31st. But when i did recharge rc373 it is validity 84days &got confirmation from vodafone care. Now how it changed to 70 days validity. I didn't get any solution even...

my outgoing text messages are barred

My outgoing messages are barred without any valid reason. I am not able to send any text messages. It has been more than 5 days that customer care has not resolved the issue. When i spoke to my bank they are asking an email confirmation from the biller stating that the payment is not made successfully to vodafone number.
