I am absolutely shocked, angry and irritated by your foolish tricks to charge me unnecessarily for those stupid services which i never bought.

voice call and sms network connectivity problem for prepaid connection

Initially i had postpaid connection for which i did not face any network problem at all. But when i switched to prepaid connection for the same number, network problem started. I usually have to restart my cell phone 4, 5 times in a day to get the network. This is the worst experience i had from vodafone.
I hope you guys will take it at high priority, otherwise i have to port my number to other provider...

I am very disappointed from vodafone company thay daily basis deduct money from my phone and i have lodge many complaints in their customers care number but they are not going to stop this.
Please resolve this issue on urgent basis otherwise i will take another option.

The cheap ad that vodafone plays before the caller tune starts totally ruined the purpose. They are charging money and doing their own marketing... Horrible. These companies have so cheap mindset of fooling their customers. I am paying for caller tune service. I dont want my callers...

a lot of spam calls for plan change

I am a vodafone postpaid customer.
I have already enabled the dnd service. I want to complaint about lot of calls from number like[protected] and messages regarding real state from senders md-calknw, md-hmutsv, md-nkujlh, md-hmbook, md-hhomes, vk-adyaco, am-einfra, md-flthom, hp-godprp, vm-cpsbam, md-devlpm etc.

I want to know what is the benefit of dnd service??...

sending monthly invoices in spite of non usage of services and repeatedly following up for cancellation of services

I had made the complete payment in the month of december as to whatever was pending and have sent emails and called up vodafone executives to cancel the services.

In spite of the fact, i have been getting monthly e-bills and am getting constant calls for paying them.

not able to do conference call

unauthorised deduction

My mobile no [protected] and today i have not logged in in any website. I have been continuing package for use of net as well as voice call. Unfortunately today while calling at 2.50 p. access fees

I recharged my balance for 25 rupees and in which i jst received rs 1.2 n the access fee was rs20!
Why is the access fees so high?!!!
And this is not for the first time!!!
What kind of service is this?i think i should port my sim card to other service providers atleast they dont change this high access fees for nothing and also they care about their users!!...
