wrong amount recharge

Sir my no is [protected] yesterday one person is recharged 5000 rs for my main balance after he called then meet me
Now i want transfer he cash can u help me
Today i call costumer care but he will not give corect answer also he (Customer service person) hold my call more than 14 mint

return my dedicated amount

I need to return my ballancs amount. Because. Iam deactivated my VAS service on my number which name is mobisutra fusion pack.I deactivated this pack on 1/01/2018.
So I requested you to returne my balance amount of Rs35.
returne my balance in one day.

recharge money deducted, but no recharge done

Hi,
Recharged Vodafone through Vodafone.in for Rs.458 pack on Jan15, 2018. Mobile issue number: [protected].
When I recharged, after payment, there was Server error from Vodafone.in.

Recharged 3 times, as first two times there was No Successful order completion message received.
But money got deducted 3 times.
I would like the refund for 2 times (Rs. 458 + Rs. 458).

number port not done after 1 week

Sir i have requested for port from airtel to vodafone. I have given all the documents and sim details to the vodafone executive on 24 jan. I have paid all the dues to airtel and even a advanced payment to airtel but my number has not ported yet.

My bill cycle will start again on feb who will be responsible if this request end and what is the use of port if i have to stay with airtel and noboday response for the request....

network problem regarding internet speed

For a few days i am facing trouble regarding internet speed. I have had made a recharge of rs.198 pack (1gb/day, unlimited calling and 100sms/day). But i am now facing a poor internet speed both in browsing and downloading. I'm from rabindra nagar, midnapore town, paschim medinipur, west bengal. Really its annoying to face such problems. So, please solve the problem as soon as possible....

security deposit made on international roaming

I had made a security deposit on august 2017, to activate international roaming of rs 3000/-

Post reaching bangalore on 15th of september the requst for refund was raised, the refund was supposed to get reversed by 45 working days which would be 2nd of january, i did a follow-up on the refiund from jan 2nd, i dont get proper response on the same. And post after doing multiple follow-ups' the deposit is still not refunded.br...

extortion of overdue amount already paid.

This is to inform you that My Mobile No [protected] is ported from Vodafone to JIO. It is the general rule that change of operator is possible only after clearance of overdue amount . I have paid all my outstanding amount and my number is already ported to Jio Number.
After 3 months Vodafone customer care is asking and intimating me to pay the overdue amount of RS 442 which is unacceptable.

postpaid to prepaid migration

I want to migrate from Vodafone postpaid service to prepaid. Visited Store 3 times which is 17 km far from my home.
First time store guys said i should drop a message and then come
second time they had server busy
Third time they collected money and said migration will be done

unfair balance deduction

Vodafone has deducted my account balance unfairly. I haven't subscribed any service but they activated the same on my mobile number and have deducted my balance unfairly. They are automatically renewing these services (Wwe zone & playsutra entertainment services) and deducting my balance regularly. I haven't activated these and i want my deducted balance back in my account. This is very unfair. Please refund my balance as soon as possible....

regarding duplicate sim

I went to vodafone store for duplicate sim, my earlier sim is not working so i went for replace that sim, i take requested letter to replace sim on my company letter head and id proof of my own. So he refuse to gave sim, because id proof of director is missing. I added id proof and went again to vodafone store so they gave me the duplicate sim and asked that sim is activated on nxt 2 hr, from last 7 days ago i got that sim since its not activated....

wrong recharge done with paytm want to refund the money

I mistakenly done the transaction of 410 in this mobile number. Now i want to cancel this transaction. Because paytm told me to contact with the operator directly.
So, i want to request you to cancel this transaction and refund the money.
