Each care executive is receiving the problem info..
And providing a time period of 4hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs... For the problem tobe solved... Some are disconnecting the call and blocking my number.. For not to be get connected to executive people..
From past 15 days.. I had 5 calls to vodafone care..in this 4 person took whole info at times and provided time period for the amount to be credited...
Yet it's not been solved.....

I have a vodafone prepaid number from karnataka circle.
I had a balance of rs. 331/- till this morning in my vodafone prepaid account. Without making or receiving any calls, it reduced to -64/- (Negative balance - don't know how that is possible).

When i wanted to complain to vodafone by calling their customer care, i was made to call their std number as i was on roaming. There also i was kept on hold for several minutes...

I am a vodafone user since last 8 years, now m not able to send port 1900 msg, everytime it shows sending failed,, kindly solve the issue,
I called several times to customer care and they told me to wait since last 1 month..
R u making fool to your customers... Even port services are not working...

Hi i brought vodafone no. Which is cheated by taking money i'm not able to call ivr or mail response i had complained but there is no response i'm facing huge loss boz of these people the network i'm getting in my phone is 2/3/4g which change every second there is no proper support i'm complaining these to take huge action and lost my money and time. Caller tune automatically activated press without any keyword. This is absolutely fraud with customers. Vodafone provide very poor service. And anyone not interested take a follow up. Till date 8 time caller tune activated. Executive told it's your fault. You have copy caller tune with press *9. But i'm dam sure i'm now press any key before call not getting connected. And back end team told it's our system issue when i have generate port...

I had purchased a postpaid no [protected] from vodafone store, pantnagar, uttarakhand on 12 august 2017 and terminate this number after 1 week due to extremely poor quality of service (Very very slow internet speed on 4g connection, call drops, and extremely poor quality of voice). I had terminated my connection through mr. Saurabh mishra (Vodafone reprentative at vodafone store, pantnagar, uttarakhand) and he said "ok your connection terminated"....

I bought a rate cutter of rs23 from amazon of vodafone but after it
activated 40p/min is going. Dont know what to do with vodafone. its just horrible. do something fast and i want my rates to be back at 1.3p/s and not 40p/min. Vodafone is just looting their customers . i will shift to jio most likely if the problem is not resolved....

I have been a vodafone customer ever since i got a mobile. On 17/10/2017, i went to the powai, mumbai vodafone store and requested them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. But i am not getting this benefit, for each and every time calling vodafone charging from my balance.
I called customer care lots of time but no one gave me any proper cause and they not helped me as well.
Complete cheating and feeling helpless....

Ello! Every time i recharge all my recharge is deducted as access fee and this is not the first time. What is this i have even called customer care but no usefull help. I have posted the snapshot and copy of message along with this do resolve and proper explanation for this. Thank you

It on of the cug presently im issue a cheque for my billing payment but not adjust my account same time more problem in my outgoing calls so im report to customer care complaint no[protected]. And directly go to vodafone store and register my complaint. Presently 2-dec im receive one sms it said vodafone dnt contact to ur number i mean a fake reson so again complaint...

I have applied for port from vodafone to airtel
I gave vodafone executive reason for my port.

Even after that they are just call me 40-50 times a day for last 3 days.

Just creating nuisances they are calling from different landline and mobile number even after complaints none action is taken.

They just having fun while calling me is this brand which they say they are pathetic....

Deduction of balance without any reason. I've been calling customer care but they are not answering my call. This deduction has become almost a regular process.
