I was using alcatel mifi and the battery died within 8 months. I wanted to purchase battery. I called the 1800 number mentioned on box and was on ivr for half an hour, never reached anyone on that number. When i visited store, they asked me to find alcatel service centre on my own. I purchased a alcatel dongel in april and i was charged 5000 ₹ for 6 months. After 6 months i went to voda store and asked the executive whether the service has stopped or not he said its stopped. I have ported my number from idea to vodafone as vodafone was giving a good corporate plan. They told me that there is corporate plan of rs 99.in which i will be getting 200 local + std mins and 1gb 4g data every month.

Hi had in error activated ir on the on 25th oct i'm error via the app. Within 3mins of the activation i called the customer care where mr. I sent a sms 'stop' to 155223 to deactivate the service.
They sent me a confirmation message of deactivation of the service.

Hi I got a new connection with Vodafone for my business and mostly for incoming calls.

I started using the phone as they gave me message to disconnect the number if i do not use my phone. Downloaded the Vodafone app on the iPhone 5s.

The notification showcased some special offers and the call to action button (CTA) read "Know More".

I have received the bill dated 21.11.2017 for amount of rs. 541. For your kind information it is mentioned here that i have use only rs. 50.78 as usages charges as mentioned in the bill and my plan is only 124 p. M, in this way i am liable to pay only 124+50.78+30 (Service tax) = 205 only. Hence you added the 335 extra charge. Now you are requested to refund the rs. 335 to my account and revised the my bill....

I requested for change from postpaid to prepaid but it is not done even after 3 months of application and the vodafone is still adding my bills on postpaid even after suspended services.
At the time of application i had cleared all pending bills even though they did not transfer my services to prepaid.
On contacting vodafone store they always dominate and order the customer to do this n that instead of solving issues they end...
