I wanted to migrate my sim, from postpaid to prepaid
But was told that as per the trai norms you can do it after 90 days of service but now at the local store at mohammad ali road they are denying it and forcing me to continue postpaid for another one more billing cycle.
There at store they also behave rude behavior.
I have been on postpaid from 26 may 2017 till 26 august 2017 and have completed 90 days.

This is a complaint against paytm and vodafone.. I had to paytm an amount of 4000 to a friend.. But paytm recharged the talktime of 4000 for my friend instead of adding money to the wallet.. Hi team,

Me and my family issue facing network issue more than 3 months. A lot of time i made the complaint to vodafone team, but every time they give a new date, issue will resolve by this date, etc..

Due to this, in case any emergency no body able to contact me and my family. Try to understand emergency can occur any time, due to this my family may suffer.

I have requested for mnp and got the unique port id on wednesday at 10:00 am. After an hour i got a call from vodafone executive asking me not to do mnp as i would be provided with a special offer for my number within 24 hours via sms after which i can recharge.
