Money deducted but ticket was never booked

I booked a ticket for 4 passengers from Yatra.com on July 19th for Lucknow to Delhi. The money was deducted from netbanking and i never got the ticket. After calling airlines, they confirmed that there is no reservation in our name. Yatra does not have any phone number to call either. This is bad customer service. Money was never refunded for more than 6 days. And the price of ticket also went up resulting in additional losses.

Bus Refund not initiated from Yatra

I made a Bus Booking in Yatra for travelling on July 6th, 2022.
The Bus Service was cancelled by the Service Provider few hours before the scheduled departure.

So i requested the refund via the App and also sent a mail to the team [protected]@yatra.com.

But i still havent received the refund. Its more than 20 days.

I need the refund at the earliest.

Failed to provide service

I had booked a 2 nights stay in OYO 77536 Kallari Komforts hotel using Yatra(booking screenshot attached) Booking ID[protected]. Upon reaching the hotel on 23rd of July 2022 the hotel denied me check in at 3 PM stating they don’t have the booking for me from Yatra. Flight cancelled by Airline but not get refund, waiting for refund from more than last 3 years

I booked online flight tickets from YATRA.com from New Delhi to Patna of JET AIRWAYS airline. Flight was scheduled to depart on May 12, 2019 (Sunday) at 9:10am from New Delhi and has to arrived on same day at 11:00am in Patna. But before that, JetAirways suspended all it's operation due to their economic crisis. So my flight was also cancelled. For this I have right to get full refund. Refund not credited to my account even after the airlines has refunded the amount to yatra

Worst experience!
We booked some flights via yatra.com at the beginning of 2020 before pandemic had started. Unfortunately, after pandemic was hit in India, they cancelled all the flights. We called several times and not one time they were helpful. Neither did we get our refund nor any compensation. It has been more than 2 years now and still did not get any refund for our tickets. I don‘t know how many times we have to call them...

Refund not being processed - Booking ref 2606220119543

Hello,

Have been following up on email regarding a refund against a flight cancellation made by the airline.

Refund has been pending from more than 10 days now. An email with subject - 'YA:32393808' enquiry on status of refund" has been going on since 8 days now.

This is causing a very big inconvenience to me and making the whole experience bitter. Kindly do the needful asap and look into this...

Not refunding cancelled flight ticket amount

I had booked flight on 13th June from Pune to Madura but indigo has changed the scheduled which I was not comfortable and requested them to cancel my ticket. After cancellation indigo gave confirmation for refund amount. I have also initiated refund on yatra.com as per procedure and got confirmation mail with details of cancellation and amount to be refunded but it has not yet been credited in my account/credit card.

Didn't include meal in package

I took a package from Yatra.com for travelling in Kashmir for seven nights and eight days. Again I had to pay extra money. I didn't get meals in hotels although they didn't confirm me previously. So I had to suffer much as had to give energy and money for arranging meals each time. They took enough money from me but only provided hotel without meal and just travelling cost although not included local side scene. I am feeling disguised with...

Booked a flight but not showing and money deducted.

I tried to book flight ticket (Udaipur- Delhi) from Yatra.com on 16th July, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my icici bank.

I tried chasing Yatra flight booking team many a times, but they had no service for call or mails which were available or working.

I made a booking and paid for that but still haven't received any confirmation. The page went to previous step and got refreshed.

Hello, I had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Delhi at 16/07/2022 in Indigo.
I payed through UPI an amount of Rs.5455 the amount was deducted from my bank account.
But I didn't receive any ticket related information nor my Confirmation for the tickets.and the yatra app history shows nothing. I have my UPI transaction ID of payment.

This is my first time booking from yatra.com, I tried to book from an online portal. I have paid the amount from you, the amount got debited from my you screen and as soon as I went to online portal, portal got refreshed and there's no proof for the tickets, but I just have upi transaction ID with me...

Airline cancelled the flight, they refunded Yatra 18 days back, yatra is refusing to credit it to my account for some reason. 7 days back they said, 24 hours and they have been stalling for some reason. I am certainly filing a consumer court complaint.

Hotel booking cancellation

I tried to book a hotel with my sbi gift voucher. After payment a message was popped up to try again the booking becuase it is failed.but money was deducted from gift voucher. I tried to book again with voucher, it is showing that voucher was used.
I used my sbi gift voucher Because it has expire date today. If you will give refund in 2-3 days my voucher will be already expired. Please do something about it...

Refund not credited to my account

I Sijol Jonu booked the Indigo fight ticket for PNR : ZUEJNH on July 2nd from Bangalore to Trivandrum via Yatra.com . After 1 hour I requested Indigo to cancel the ticket, Indigo has cancelled the ticket for full refund.

On July 5th Indigo has refunded the total amount to agency partner Yatra and informed me to check with Yatra for amount to be refunded to my account.

I do have the email proof with Indigo that...
