Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have booked a round trip from Delhi to Heathrow from 28/09/2022 to 02/10/2022 with booking reference number[protected]. I have made a payment of ₹49406 through zestmoney emi with transaction ID R1611W559AE2. The emi has been approved and the money has been credited to yatra. But the booking reference number shows that yatra has not received any payment when the transaction clearly...

Hotel booked but not provided the stay

After making the booking payment with confirmation message i visited the hotel by traveling 100km with my family hotel team refuses the check in saying that we don't have any room, not only we don't have current time up with Yatra, due to payment we blocked the service through Yatra..
And i contacted the yatra team still i didn't receive any justification..
I need to get my amount as refund along with compensation for my travel...

On 27.05.2022 I booked my train from Asansol to Haridwar for two passengers. The amount of which is deducted from my account (₹1189.7) but I didn't get my tickets. I also wrote to them but I didn't get my proper reply....

Refund not given since 11 days

It has been 11 days since my hotel booking was denied by the hotel and cancelled. I have still not got the refund.
I have contacted and emailed them multiple times but all they say is they have a technical problem.

Bus Ticket bookings

Hi Team,

I planned a Vacation from Chennai to Kodaikanal. I wanted to return back to Chennai on 4th July Morning.

I checked Yatra and found bus. I selected 4th July and the data on the website was bus will start at 7:15PM on 3rd July and will reach chennai 4th July at 5:30Am. Exactly what I wanted and booked it.

After booking in confirmation ticket it says my travel starts on 4th July 7:15PM and...

I had tried booking through payment by UPI. But for some reason the payment went through and the page was still stuck at "Payment initiated". This was almost for an hour on the same page. I have not received any ticket or acknowledgement from Yatra. What can I do?...

Amount Debited from my account but ticket not booked.

I tried to get an airplane ticket (New Delhi-Pune) from Yatra.com on 22nd May, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my union bank account.

This also has happened before with me while booking the ticket from Pune to New Delhi on 19th May 2022
I request you to look into the problem solve this issue as soon as possible the amount paid was 13, 700. The booking...

Air ticket, money deducted but air ticket not received on email

I made the booking through Yatra app via guest booking.
I made it for my friend, under their email and number

I made the payment, received UPI receipt from my bank but no air ticket was received on the email.
Please do something it was a very expensive ticket...

Hotel booking confirm by yatra and money got deducted but hotel owner said they are temporarily closed

I did online hotel booking for my family trip to ooty. Yatra had confirmed my booking and charge 12600/-.
But hotel owner said they are temporarily close can not accommodated.
There no option to cancel booking by owner if i do cancel from my site they will take my full money as cancellation charge. Evenif its not my fault. I have tried contact customer car but no response.
I have sent mail also to yatra.com...

I book mu hotel in munnar i go and ask my room in munnar thay are saying More hotel is there we are closed the hotel before 4 years but yatra take my money and give hotel reference id but they give contact number only 9 digits are in that phone number and they once call tell sorry for the inconveniences we investigated that hotel we call after 24 hours but still now they did not respond anything I need money refund...

Fraudulent charge by Yatra.com Rs 1,11,302

I booked an International roundtrip ticket on April 30th - Yatra Reference Number[protected]

I got a confirmation and my card was charged Rs. 1, 11, 302

I got a mail next day that the ticket is unconfirmed and I should put in a refund request. I put in the request on May 1st as soon as I received the mail.

I have not her received the refund despite multiple mails and followups. Customer service...

Refund for cancelled flight covered under Yatra cancellation policy

Had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets (Booking Ref No.[protected] on 15 May but did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT. I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, if I cancel my tickets. Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets nor is it available for download on your website....

Refund for international flight booking

I have booked flight to Canada for my elder parents few hours back and while making booking it was showing transit at NewYork Airport for 1:35 hours and there was no information on the terminal till it was booked.
After sometime of booking the terminals are updated for the transit flights that are very far from each other and my old aged parents can't even walk by themself and it will be impossible for them to manage the required immigration...

Money Debited No Flight ticket Guest Booking

I was booking a ticket as a guest (without logging in) and my money got debited but there was no ticket and confirmation. Since mine is a guest booking, there was no way to check the status and even the chat service wasn't working. My money is debited and taken by yatra, that is confirmed from my transactions.
