Dear sir, I am willing to raise a complaint against 100 best buy which is totally a fake company. The company was about to refund my money so they asked me to give my acc no. ; card number & ccv number. In tern of refunding my money they started to use my account and made a transaction of rs 10000/- The number from which i received a call is [protected]. Please look into this matter and recover me a sum of rs 10, 000/-+3000/- and please teach him a lesson so that in near future he doesn't repeat the same with anybody. See to it that he should have a fear of consumer complaints forum. Regards Hailendra

This site seems to be fraud as whenever called the contact numbers either not reachable or no response even site is closed also. so please i'm requesting you to help me in recovering above amount please...         On 07/10/2013, i paid rs 899for their samsung galaxy phone contest, after confirming with the customer care that i can buy products from their site with that money. However i visited the site many times after that but found that the products were not to my liking, i kept postponing the shopping with them, thinking that i will uilize the coupon when a product i like would be available. Today, i tried to access the site and found that that my site is no where to be found. Only the seller.100bestbuy.com? Login. Php, opens. I am shocked to see that this site has been closed and it just dawned on me that...

This might very well turn out to be a huge scam, with several crores of rupees involved.

              I have registered in 100bestbuy.com for to buy samsung galaxy mobile phone through online. After completion of registration i got a call from the[protected] phone number and they said your registration is over and you have to pay rs.12800 and for this you will get power bank and polo watch as a complementary for the registration and for this you have to pay rs. 12, 800/- in addition to the complementary gifts you will get samsung galaxy mobile phone also. So that i sent money to their account through online. After few days i received the gifts and which are not in good condition. I phoned to them they said kindly send back the items so that you will replace them. Later part no communication for few months from them when i called they said it is under process and no stock. After one month again they called and told me that they will send apple iphone instead of samsung galaxy and for this i have to pay ~ rs.700/- to get the same. I did same because there is no other alternative for me and money will not be given back at any cost. I tried to buy other item through their website and unfortunately all items are expensive in compare to other sites like amazon, flipcart etc. Totally i deposited rs.13, 500 in their account. Recently i tried to call[protected] but phone is not working. I have sent an email to them for the same. But no reply.. That's why i am giving complaint kinldy do the needful in this regards, With bets regards Reddy

                Last year i am buy same product rs. 2000 value. But his product give duplicate. So am returns the product. And anther product buy rs. 1199. Against my value. But this company not give my product or money.
                I am so many reply the company. But see answer me hold down your product receive shortly. So many time i am try call. But he his not response me.

                  I have paid Rs699/- to the company in year May 2013 towards a mobile lucky draw. As promised by them non winner will be credited with points of that amount. On contacting them many no. of times by mail, they are not responding. Even their phone calls too are not getting through. Thus they have cheated me. How do i proceed? Can the consumer forum take action for all complaints together. Will be great help in teaching lesson.

                      I have paid to rs.10000/- in the month of feb' 2014 for participation the contest at that time your rep told me this is contest, you will not get contest you will be get whatever choose the item that will be despatched. That's why i was deposited. After that i have recd tab (Without calling) i have returned and again same despatched and retunred. One day your rep told me this is only complementary, please take this. I agreed, you have send i ball tab which may be cost[protected]/- only. I have taken. And after that i was contact your office regarding my amount they told me we have despatched the item for your amount. I was shocked. The market price is rs.[protected] between, he told the amount will gone to credit. I was surprised. So many time contacted and complaints given nobody was resolved. You are cheaters. Definitely

                            I have requested for a refund of my 100 best buy money where it had a credit balance, but have not received and there is no response from the company officials. Now there website, customer care nos and other contact source is closed . It has mentally damaged me arguing with them several times. Kindly help and get me the justice against such fraud companies.

                              100bestbuy had a contest - "apple i phone 5 with free polo t-shirt or reebok / belmonte / lotto watch contest coupon". I enrolled to it by paying rs. 999/- also by mistake i paid the amount twice. So the amount is rs. 1998/-. I did not win anything in the contest and i asked the money refund. The customer care folks of bestbuy told me that i should buy items from their online shopping site and then avail the amount from there. The coupon amount cannot be exhausted at one shot. It'll be 10%-15% availing on every purchase. Also there were no good items online to buy. Whatever i brought so far is of not good quality. This is also another way cheating. Now from almost a month this site is close. Please help to get my money back.

                                In july2014, i trapped by 100bestbuy.com offer that by paying rs.999/- i may get i-phone. After paying rs.999/- they demanded rs.13500/- for which they said that i will be given a mobile & a power bank of worth rs14000/- and amount rs 14499/- remain credited in my account and i can purchase any thing from their site. But without purchasing anythingh they disappear all the amount.

                                    On! 7th june, 2014, i booked a beanbag in the website of 100bestbuy and paid rs 1138/- through my debit card no. [protected] (Visa card) issued by united bank of india at 9.52 a. M. After that 100 bestbuy gave me the reference no.31031996 dtd. 17.06.2014 and informed me that the order is in process. But after that when the beanbag was not received in my designated address even after 10 days of my putting order, i contacted them over their office telephone numbber and there was no clear cut reply from them and they kept me on hold in the telephone line. After that whenever i tried to contact them on phone, they repeated the same process of keeping my line on hold then i sent them atleast 50 (Fifty) reminders in regular intervals but there was no response from their end. For last 11 months i am trying to contact them over mail and sending emails to them to refund my amount to the bank account of mine from which i paid the amount and gave them the details of my bank account but they prefer to keep silent on the matter. Now i find that their website is often closed under notification "website closed for maintainance". I feel the company (100 bestbuy) has cheated me and defrauded me of my hard earned money. I want an early resolution of my grievance and refund of my money immediately. I donot know the mechanism of adding photo proof. However, i can forward you the correspondeces i hv made with them and their initial acknowledgement of receipt of my payment and giving me their reference number for the transaction and their initial reply on! 7/06/2014 of intimating me that my order is under process as described earlier in this msg. For that i will be needing your email id to forward the correspondeces with them and their acknowledgement of receipt of my payment and order processing for your perusal and making it the evidence proof.
