I have paid Rs699/- to the company in year May 2013 towards a mobile lucky draw. As promised by them non winner will be credited with points of that amount. On contacting them many no. of times by mail, they are not responding. Even their phone calls too are not getting through. Thus they have cheated me. How do i proceed?
