MYMobile [protected] I order one pair of shoes in the month of nov 2014 and it’s delivered the wrong shoes part and after receiving wrong part when, I contact to 100bestbuy customer care. They suggested, Return this by courier to 100bestbuy and they will refund and bear the Product cost + Courier changes. The same is also we can found on 100bestbuy Replacement Guarantee T & Cs. Replacement Guarantee Policy:- http://www.100bestbuy.com/tracking-shipment.php In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund entire amount. amount Product cost Rs 900 + Courier changes 400 total = 1300/- 100bestBuy Customer Case (Fraud/Fake Services) 1. I have sent around 17+ mails and I never received any reply from 100bestbuy customer care. 2. If I contact to customer care, Every time they ask about all the case and they simply deny for any refund but we give you credit point, also, we don’t have any policy. 3. They always promise, someone from 100bestbuy will call me in next 1 hour and get this Fix. And in 1 month I never received any call from 100bestbuy customer care. 4. Even, 100bestbuy customer care Always hold me for long time and disconnects my Phone when they are not able to give any answer of my case why it’s being delay and why still I am waiting for my Refund. And it’s very interesting, when I re-connect my call to customer care, they always ask and collect all my case history and in the end, they hold me for long time and disconnect my Phone? 5.Now after 23/12/2014, I am getting the response from Customer care, we have already refund your product amount on the date 23/12/2014, but when I ask for any details, they don’t have any information. Which mode they have released my refund amount even they don’t have any details. I am sure they are given my wrong information and again trying cheating me and delaying this case. PS Help Sar

    Hello, Recently i 4 four home items from 100bestbuy.com, 3 item are delivered in 4 days, but last item don't which i order on same time. I dropped a mail to customer care n i have in also provided the detail. They came some with they delivering policy. They even didn't check whether items delivered or not and received. Non sense why i need you delivering policy. Very bad service.. More over they are taking more time n charge more other online service.

      No product nor money back, just kept quite after payment I have purchased the item and they canceled and keep quite. what we have to do.         Sir, On 12 nov, 09:22 pm, i received a mail from 100bestbuy website that i will get sony xperia z2 on special price of rs. 699. Accordingly, i paid the amount, and immediately i got a call from this office that i have been selected in first 15 lucky contestants. Out of which 12 contestants will be getting this mobile. The lucky draw will be there on 20 nov, and definitely i will be selected in this contest. I will also receive gift items (One iball tablet, one power Pack and one wrist watch. These items will be delivered to my home address within 03 to 04 days. But for this i have to pay rs. 9999/-. Then only i will be eligible for this contest and gift vouchers as promised by customer executive mr. Ramesh kumar gupta of this company. Accordingly i again paid rs. 9999/-. He told that this amount Will be reflected in my credit balance with 100bestbuy site and i can use this credit amount for future shopping. On 13 nov 2014, when i called this office, to my surprise, from my gift voucher watch was missing. Another surprise was that my gift voucher will take 15 days for delivery and the lucky draw will be on 30 nov 2014 as told by customer care rep. Again in the evening, i received another call from this office, and i was offered to pay rs. 499 along with rs. 9999/ with gift vouchers of micromax phone, camcodor and power pack then i told rep about my previous payments which i have already made to them. Now with this complete story, i feel that they are making false promises to individuals and also they are not stick to their commitment to customers. I made several mails to them and asked some specific quires as follows: 1) i have seen so many complains against your company about cheating, weather it is correct? 2) my three gift items should be send to me immediately as promised by your representative. 3) kindly provide me the complete details of your contest and when is the lucky draw. 4) intimate me about the 12 winners along with their details for my record. 5) kindly refund amount of rs. 9999/-. After so many telephonic conversations they only delivered me gift items. And now they are not telling anything about the contest. I also asked them to provide me the details of 12 lucky winners which they are not giving. The customer care is not responding. I made several mails to them, they are not replying properly. Sir, kindly help, they Are cheating so many peoples every day. Kindly take appropriate action against them. My transaction reference no. Is 32953462 dated 12 nov 2014.

          Sir my name is vedang sharma. I received a call from 100bestbuy.com in the month of november. They were telling me that i won and i got second rank in an lucky draw. They said to me that you won 2 fila brand t shirts and a sony xperia z2. They said that you will have to pay rs.750 for registration of mobile and rs 250 shipping charges. I recieved the t shirts under 7 days. After that they were also telling me that you will get a call for mobile on 20th date of november. I did not receive and call. I contacted them many times but at last they said that mobile will be distributed by an lucky draw again! They told me the draw will be conducted at 1st of december and results will be declared at 8th of december. At the date of 8th i again called them and asked them about the results. They told me to check the winners page on their website. There were diffrent results about tablets, mouse etc but there were no results about sony xperia z2! I again contacted them and they told me that if there are no results about then no one had won the phone. How is it possible? Sir please help me, i got cheated, please provide me justice please.             I placed an order on "www.100bestbuy.com" with "ref # 32600917" on "16-oct-2014". They shipped this order by their courier company. But the courier company refused to ship this product in patna. They returned the package to 100bestbuy.com. I again contacted to 100bestbuy.com regarding this matter, he told that they make a complain regarding this and my product should be delivered by other courier shortly. I waited 3 days and again i contact to 100bestbuy.com they say - "package cann't delivered to patna, we are sorry for that, your amount of rs399 wil be credited to your account in 4-5 working days." sir, but till now i didn't got my money refund. I called more than 20 times to 100bestbuy.com regarding this matter, but the same responce they tell that my money refunded to my account in next 4-5 working days. I am still waiting for my money back. Please help me regarding this.

              I need a help against this online selling company (100bestbuy.com).
              I purhased two shirt online throught above mention online selling company. When i was ordering that shirts they told me that forsure you will get a cell phone or a discount coupon. But i receive the delivery i got 2 shirt and also the colour of shirt was different. There was no coupon inside or cellphone.
              I call back the delivery boy back.
              He took away parcel back but dint gave me my 1000 rup back.
              I had tried call many times to customer care service of that company but no response.
              This matter happen 1. 5 months ago.

                I brought a track pant from this website. They delivered a size that fits to kids. I keep calling them (Must have done 50 calls with multiple emails). They are unable to replace or take the return. Every time i call them i need to explain the issue all over again (V. Irritating as the person does'nt understand why i am calling them). They provide standard answer "it will be done in 48 hours..." its been 4 months since this issue is raised with them

                  I had received a call from this website stating that im a participant in their monthly contest i a was asked to pay a amount of 900 for which i would receive a pair of branded sports shoes and the secret code for the contest. Neither did i get those shoes nor did i get the code. Instead i received a parcel which had menz shoes. When i contacted them they didn't co operate to replace the thing or to refund the money.

Sony experia deal coupon You'll get sony xperia on 15th nov. For this you've to made the payment 9999 and the total amount will be credited back on to your account as credit points so that you can purchase anything through these points. Further queries you can call[protected]. I tried to purchase nokia x2 with the above points but unable to do it. I tried to call the above given number[protected] but it's not the right number. I cancelled all the orders including originally i purchased also through the bestbuy site then i got the message one of our executive will reach you shortly. On 31/10/2014 i called to the customer care number[protected] and asked to cancel all the orders and credit back amount to my card they cancelled my original orders (999+699) and added the amount as credit points and they told it'll take 2-4 weeks to get back the amount to your card. On 1/11/2014 when i checked the status it's delivered then i called and asked them why it's delivered no problem return back the products then we'll send money back to your card. On 3/11/2014 the product was delivered. On 5/11/2014 i called to customer care and informed about returning the products they said ok. I sent throgh dtdc (Consign no. V[protected] On 7/11/2014 the product has delivered to the 100bestbuy. Once i check the courier status i called and asked about the return amount They told system was not updated till now by monday one of our executive will call you and do the needful. On 10/11/2014 the status is updated returned (Rto) and called to customer care about refund then they are telling that it's a deal contest it'll not refundable and told that unable to purchase the things. Telling that it's our company policy. What is this policy? These people are cheating lot of customers.                             Hi have ordered ambranetablet keyboard kb-7 on 6th sep. Finally the product arrived on 27th sep. But It was a damaged product. I contacted the customer service they said some one will come and pick up The project. This was dragged till oct end. Finally they asked me to courier the product and they will Replace it. By paying 350rs as courier charges i sent the product on 1st nov. Till now there is no information about it. This is such a fraud site. Eating public money. If this issue is not solved i will go to consumer court.

Contact no:[protected] Please inform me hen you are going to make refund to me? This i have been listening for the last many days. I am surprised you have not updated the tracking status. That is still showing the same status as if you are going to send me the product again. I have made it clear to your representatives mr rajeev, mr abhijeetand ms sunita who were on line and talked to me, that i donot want this product please make refund to me. Mr rajeev told me yesterday that the refund will be made till 2000 hrs on 15.11.2014. Prior to this mr abhijeet told me on 13.11.2014 that refund will be made till 1200 noon.... Why 100bestbuyis giving me false commitments? I am being replied by your company since 10th november 2014 that your issue is being solved and one representative will contact me. But i am constrained to say none of the representative has so far contacted me. Rather i have already spent more than rs 500 on making calls to your company. What rubbish e-commerce you people are doing, it is not known, as you donot have even toll free number for the customers. Shall i have to make an issue on arbitration or legal?                                       Hi, My name is hardik and i unfortunately had thought to purchase an item from 100bestbuty. My money (941.00 rs) has been deducted but i did not receive any product confirmation email/sms and i have not received any product til the date. It has been more than a month since i made transaction. I have shooted tons of email to [protected]@100bestbuty.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com. I also made many calls but they keep saying that they are looking into the matter. I had made transaction via payumoney vendor and here is transaction id i got from payumoney : 11029232 I made purchase from email : [protected]@gmail.com I have attached image of email i got from payumoney.                                         This is very sad to say that after lot of call to you. You don't send my product and also doesn't respond on all my calls and mails. Your co. Person came and collect the product to replace with right product, quality, size and color. T-shirt with collar as shown on your website, size xxl, green, black, brown, yellow, and blue color should be in good quality otherwise don't send because quality was so poor. When i called to your no. They told me that i will receive my product on 5th of nov. But i don't receive my product. When i called your no. A men name babu singh dev gave a ref. No 32625706 and a ph. No. [protected] of raj shekhar but this no. Always in off mode i think this is not a fair business practice. I think is a fraud kind of working. I am advise your co. Should work with honesty and commitment.
