Fooling in the name of cashback plans by false info on the phone i. E 100% cashback credit deposit in account which can be used for checkout during any online purchase on their website, only to find out later at the time of checkout that the balance credit can only be used at very minimal percentage. These policy factors are not
Informed or described to the individual before placing the order only to find out later that the customer is bonded with heaps of stringent & unwarranted policy terms & conditions on the user agreement page. Pls. Demand/refer to the sales telecon while tempting me to place my online purchase order # 33464363 for product i. D 92364 dtd. 26/12/14 of rs.12999/- deducted from my bank/card & cheating by supplying products not worth half the purchase amount & luring by false promises of an exclusive deal of free iphone 5s 16 gb free deal coupon. I have rs.12999 credit points in my account which cannot be redeemed against online purchase on their website!


Pls. Investigate this cheating website by analyzing & probing all their online business conductivity in

I had tremendous hope that ICCF wil compel the cheater shopping site for a resolution !!!

I am also victim of such type of fraud and cheating by 100bestbuy.com. My total amount of Rs.19, 999/- is blocked with their website since Feb-March 2014. The representatives of 100bestbuy.com called me to participate in contest and they had not informed me the reality that you can not utilize 100% cashback in single transaction. I found following difficulties after participating in their contest. 1. Only 10% to 15% cashback is allowed by their system at the time of shopping on their website and remaining amount I have to pay instead of sufficient amount is credit in the account, in such case I have to shop more up to Rs.1, 80, 000/- to utilize my credit points. 2. I can not purchase any item which price is less than Rs. 19, 999/- without any payment. 3. The prices of the products are very much higher than other online shopping websites. 4. Some products are out of stock at the time of shopping.
I submitted several complaints against 100bestbuy.com through this good website, but till date there is no proper response from them. We found many complaints against 100bestbuy.com regarding very poor service, delay, cheating, fraud etc on this website. In spite of the lots of complaints, they are cheating the innocent public without fearing. Please advise the permanent solution to get refund my money blocked with 100bestbuy.com. The suitable, strict action and necessary instruction may please be issued by the competent authority to 100bestbuy.com to stop such types of activities for forever.

    I had placed an order to 100bestbuy.com having ref. No. 33300025 on 12th dec. 2014. The same day i got a phone call from 100best buy and they informed that i won the contest coupon for sony xperia for that i have To buy one iball silver slide 2g tablet (7236) + branded black power house expert 5600 mah, polo watch amounting rs. 9, 999/- (Market price for these items max. Rs.6, 000/-) on 17th december i had received an Iball silver slide 2g tablet (7236), fully scratched, bended and very bad conditioned tablet. I think it is returned by mr. Ajay verma, add 3a/ wh -34, nit faridabad. His no also showing in tab [protected]. It is not able to open due to pattern which is mentioned by mr. Ajay verma. I was disappointed and hurted after i received those parcels which even not worth for 2/4 of the money i had paid. Then i complained about this 2 days through phone, then one of their customer care person (+91-[protected]) 18th afternoon (02.31 p. M), i have courier the said Item to suksh technology pvt. Ltd., c/o m/s apollo fiege integrated logistics pvt. Ltd., khasara no. 93, village bamnoli, p. O. Dhulsiras, new delhi-110077, vide first flight courier tracking number t[protected]. I have paid rs. 200/- for this damaged and second hand item to courier to their office. Till date i had not received the refund Amount in my bank account. Order rejected showing their website.in spite of many reminder mail send to them, there is no reply received. My refund had been delayed till now and i am feeling cheated. On 06th jan. 2015, i received a call from 100bestbuy (+91-[protected]) around 12. P. M and told me that i amount will return to my bank account immediately. Also she told me that i have to return the items i have Received (Black power house expert 5600 mah and watch). How can i trust their words after paying rs. 9 999/- plus rs. 200/- (Courier charges paid for return the item to them) a single reply not received from their mail id's or any phone call. Why are they waiting for these items to be returned. They can transfer the amount which i have paid for iball tablet. When they receive the items (Black power house expert 5600 mah and watch) return the balance amount relating to this items. It is not possible to trust a single word from this companies any employee, its not only my case but there are thousands of cases i found in different consumer forums and sites against 100bestbuy company and they all have one common allegation against them that 100bestbuy have cheated them and committed fraud. What is the i action i have to taken against this company. I have all the records, including their phone call conversations. I will file a case against them with good lawyer, that will help others also.

    I also receive a call from 100bestbu.com for purchase of shoes of 899 after that you can shopping that amount on our website a courier came but i don't receive that because

    so I am not cheated by 100bestbuy.com

    Suggestion :

    1. When you do online shopping check that site on google using keyword like (100bestbuy.com complaint). if you have more than complaint then you can talk the comsumer who have their no. and email id
    2. Always use cash on delivery

        Online shoes shopping - items not delivered after receiving the full payment-100bestbuy company Dear sir, Please to note that we have ordered combo of reebok gym set and fila assorted shoe (001) vide ref no. 33237970 dated 06th dec 2014 by paying 1357 rupees from 100bestbuy company online but sorry to say that still i didnt received the goods even reminded several times, After my several reminders they sent me mail on 23rd dec 2014 that they are going to refund my amount and the process will started on 23rd dec 2014 but still the payment is not yet credited in my bank.               I have order 3 assorted chevron cotton shirts & combo 5 polo t shirts from 100bestbuy.com on 27 dec 2014. Out of which i have received, combo pack of 3 assorted formal shirts which are also not as per order.in production description material was of cotton. This material is non cotton, its different. I have not received combo pack of 5 polo assorted t-shirts (Trn-180) yet. I have received mail from bestbuy that your order is delivered but its really not receive.

                I had a problem with 100 best buy the online purchase site. I Ordered for combo of 3 skipper assorted men jeans worth 499. After some time Later, i received a call from 100 best buy.com. Informed me that they will Deliver the order within 4-5 days. The customer service person informed about a Cheme. He told me that if i invest rs.9999/, i will get iball tab & a Power bank. And i can continue buying items till i exhaust my investment of rs.9999/. He Told me that i can buy items worth rs.9999/ in one purchase. And also he told Me i can also participate one contest of iphone 6. After getting - - urance From him i invested rs.9999/. After that next day i want to purchase another Item from that site with the help of my credit points. That time i came to know That i can purchase selective products from that amount and also know that it Will didact the amount 10 to 50 percent depending upon the product. And i can Not bye single product with my credit point. That term and condition totally Hide that customer care persion that time of conversion. So i decide to cancel All the order. And i do the same. 1st order ofjeans pant was cancel instantly But for 2nd order it cannot cancel from the site. And it shows me to some of His customer care executive will call me for cancelation. But after the day no One call me. Then i call that site and told about cancelation. The told me to End a mail to that site address for cancelation. I give that mail for cancelation. But still no respons found from that site. After complaining repeat and repeat Basis by phone and email. They have not responding. I need my hole money back From that site.                   This site offered me too. During the selling of the offer they called me 100 times. Actually I ordered for a combo pack of 3 Peter England Shirt. They send me only one shirt. After that they did not respond any mail or call.

                        An online payment of rs 10898/- was made on 100bestbuy.com for the below mentioned items and payments were made through credit card and through sbi net banking on 18th oct 2014. Even with constant follow up, the agency is not dispatching the items and each time indicating different reasons like the courier is not taking for the given location or the ordered product is not available and shall be done in next two days. Recently even i had given a new address of bhilai for dispatch of the items. But the agency is yet to dispatch the same and given any information. My order value is Rs 10898 for four items and I had indicated by return mail to return the amount to my credit card account or SBI a/c and I no more want to deal with the agency. Pay 599, you may win this mobile or your money will be refunded. We have paid the money on 01/07/2013 through credit card. We wait for long time but nothing has been informed in jan 2014 we tried to contact them for the result of lucky draw or the payment refund. They ask for payment proof which has been provided as the copy of credit card statement, then they requested a copy of email that they have send, but we never received any email from them, so how can we provide the copy of this. After some communication they stop replying and keep quite. We request you to please arrange to recover the money. We have received email ([email protected]) and call from 100bestbuy and demanded for the payment proof which was submitted again then they offered us money in terms of credit points which was used on their online store to purchase the item even though the item not worth the money on their store. If i contact to customer care, every time they ask about all the case and they simply deny for any refund but we give You credit point, also, we don’t have any policy. 3. They always promise, someone from 100bestbuy will call me in next 1 hour and get this fix. And in 1 month i never Received any call from 100bestbuy customer care. 4.
