I sk mashooq rabbani joined 100bestbuy on 22 sep 2012 by applying for contest in 100bestbuy which was of pay and win contest. After 4 months i received a call from them that i was one of the top 10 contestants in the contest and they are sending a courier in which i will receive a code which will be asked by them later for verification on telling that code i will get the prize. I received the courier and paid 1100 rs on cash on delivery. Till now i dint receive any call and i complained about it many times to them.

    श्री मान महोदय साईट १०० बेस्ट बाय की बिस्वस्ता पर संदेह हो रहा है जबकि दावा करते है १००% रिफंड का और ट्रस्ट का जबकि आज २०१२ से मेरे द्वारा आपकी वेबसाइट पर कंप्लेंट की जा रही है मगर आज तक कोई भी हल नहीं हो सका है अत हमारे पास कंजूमर फोरम मैं जाने के अलावा कोई और रास्ता नहीं बचता या मैं वेबसाइट का मेरे साथ किया गया धोखा साइबर सेल के द्वारा सार्वजानिक करना जिससे 100bestbuy को किसी अन्य से धोखा करने से रोका जा सके क्योकि ऑनलाइन शोपिंग होने के कारन 100bestbuy साइबर क्राइम के लिए भी जिमेदार है क्योकि 100bestbuy ऐड ऑनलाइन इन्टरनेट के माद्यम से ही करते है यदि मेरे साथ किये गए धोखे का निराकरण नहीं होता है तो मजबूरन मुझे शासन की सरन लेनी पड़ेगी क्योकि 100bestbuy लोग ऑनलाइन आइटम की क्वालिटी को बदलते है और नकली आइटम गाहक तक पहुचाते है क्योकि २०१२ मैं जब मैंने एप्पल का आईपॉड 100bestbuy आर्डर किया पर 100bestbuy मुझे कॉल कर कहा की आपका एप्पल का आईपॉड नहीं निकला है पर हम आपको १५००० रूपये मूल्य का हि टेक कंपनी का आईपॉड भेज देंगे पर आपने नकली आईपॉड २०० रूपये मूल्य का मुझे भेजा जिसे मैंने 100bestbuy बापस किया था उसकी बापसी की भी डिटेल मेरे पास सेफ है अत मेरा निराकरण करे जिससे मुझे 100bestbuy सिकायत साइबर सेल और कंजूमर फोरम मैं जाने के अलावा कोई और रास्ता नहीं बचता या मैं 100bestbuy वेबसाइट का मेरे साथ किया गया धोखा सार्वजानिक करना जिससे आप को किसी अन्य से धोखा करने से रोका जा सके !

          Hello team, I have ordered a aoc (Breeze mg70dr-8) tablet which ref no is #32506681 and made payment on october 4, 2014. After no information for next 10 days, i received call from 100bestbuy team on 15th october saying this product is out of stock and they are providing me other tablet of ambrane dual core tablet. After checking the specification of this ambrane dual core tablet, i called on 100bestbuy customer care center[protected] on same day i. E. October 15 at 15h50m to denying the ambrane dual core tablet as it is the low in configuration in compare of aoc tablet (Which i originally ordered). The customer case executive told the related team will call me in 2 hours but nobody from 100bestbuy called me since then. I have also written email to their email address i. E. [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com & [protected]@100bestbuy.com, five day ago but no reply received till yet. I did call them on yesterday again on october 21, 2014 at 14h00. Their customer support girl tole me her senior were out for lunch and will call me back after half hour. But no call received till yet. Now i check and found my order which ref id is #32506681 is changed with other tablet and order is dispatched. This a case of extremely unprofessional and double-dealing. I’ll not accept the other low configuration device. Either i want the product which i ordered or the same configuration tablet. I hope to you will help me in this case. E. 699/- & i did not even receive a Coupon for the contest, next day on 17/09/2014 i called the customer Care of 100bestbuy.com for the return of the parcel one of their person Aid that the courier person will come to pick the parcel within 4 days, And after they receive the courier they will process with my refund. After that i did not receive any mail or confirmation call or message From the company, later on after 4days on 22/09/2014 as no one came to Pick the parcel up i called back and then they processed my complaint And then only i received a mail saying that my complaint has been Registered. Then they said that the courier person will come within 2weeks and on their website it is mention that return and refund will Only be considered if the courier is delivered back to them within 10 Days, as i explained this to them about the return policy but they are Unable to do the needful. I have be trying to call them trying to find a solution for the whole Return and refund process but the website people are not coordinating And not even replying to my mails.                 i did online purchase of black berry shirt in march 2014. they had not sent my product and after calling many a time they sent the product with the tag of black berry shirt and the shirt was useless and not of good quality. so i returned it back and told to send the original black berry shirt, but till date they have not send the product.                     100bestbuy.com is online purchase site and they sent mail to related to contest. They offered nokia lumia mobile phone with other combo products. I just registered them for this contest. And i got a call from 100bestbuy customer care and asked me to pay 99 for registration and pay Rs 10000 for getting the offered products with combo. I asked and confirmed so many times over the call with so many question like is it possible to give the products with less price to me. They told this is a contest who are all registered with in 15 those member should get the products. He confirmed I am the 15 th person of the registration and I will surely get the contest product. Based on his confirmation only I have paid Rs 10000. But my name is missed from the contest result and I got combo product only and not get Nokia Lumia. I expected to participated this contest only based on the nokia phone only. So in the contest result my name is not there and also product name also not there. If any company do the contest first they should show list what are the products are in the contest. But nokia lumia not be part in the contest but they told me to pay for that nokia lumia phone only. See there is no product but they are conducting contest to consumer and making fraud to them. Even they told during my registration, Rs. 10000 that you paid will be considered as points and each point has one point and you will have 10000 points that worth is again 10000 rupee. You can buy any products from my site. So i tired to buy some other product from their site. Again they making fraud and told me you cant use your points. You will buy products and pay money for that and for products we will reduce 100 rupees from you points. I really shocked. They really curt me and checked on line for this site there so many like me and posted 100bestbuy is cheated no one believe like that. So please take action for this kind of site to make fraud from consumer and we need awareness from this kind of websites

                        Dear sir I am a student studing graduation. I have played in 100bestbuy.com web in that there was a contest and i have played in that contest and i have selected sony xperia z and next day the company called me and told that i have won the sony xperia z and i have to pay only 699/- rs and you will get the phone and i have paid 1000/- extra money for charges they have told and i have paid 1000/- rs to them. And after 3 day i have got some items and they called me and they told that they will call me after 2 day's for code and after 2 day's they didn't call me but then also i have called them and asked that when you are going to give the phone but they told that i have not won any phone and they will not give any money to me. So please help to return my money back. They are making call now and then we try to confront them about the case menstioned above but they have no reply just they put the call off..                               Respected sir / madam, Against an advertisement of www.100bestbuy of the company to enter a contest i deposited online rs 699/= with the company on 2nd aug'14. Immidiately after depositing the money i recieved a phone call from their representative asking verbally to deposit another rs 12000/= to stay in the contest. When i suggested that i should have been intimated about that in the original advertisement, he did not have any proper reply and informed that all details have been sent through e-mail. When i suggested to give some time to go through the details, he did not allow and replied that it was a one time call and if i did not deposit that amount, i would be dropped from contest. He also threatened that i would loose my deposit amount of rs 699/=if i did not deposit further rs12000/=. When i checked my mail i found that my contest coupen of order no. 15226974 had been cancelled. Above facts were informed to the party through an e-mail on 3rd aug'14 and requested them to refund full amount by cash as it was not a fair deal. Inspite of repeated reminder they have not responded to the issue and keep on sending copy of the 'faqs on contest' which does answer the issue raised by me. May i request you to help.                                   100bestbuy is one of the leading online fraud company at present in the market. Mr Ajit Tel [protected] of 100bestbuy.com on 22 Apr 2014 between[protected]hrs stating that I am Lucky winner and one consignment/gift containing Carbon TA Fone Tablet worth Rs 10000/-is ready for dispatched in next day morning. But before that as a surety I need to pay Rs 9999/- on a link in 100bestbuy.com and it will be deposited back within 5 min in my account so that I can spend it in next 3 years in addition to chance of winning Samsung Galaxy phone worth Rs 30000+. But I have not received gift worth Rs 10000 despite of number of phone calls as well as number of mails to its various departments including its CEO. Then they promise me credit points worth Rs10000 for its redemption against future purchases through 100bestbuy.com. But these donkeys have no business ethics. However, when I started purchasing items against Credit Points, I realised that I can only use 50% credit points and remaining 50% cash needed to deposit through net banking. It was cheating. Now, at present when I attempted to purchase on 100bestbuy.com and redeem/use my credit points, it was disgusting to see that I could only use hardly 5-10% of my credit points and rest cash. This is disgusting and unjust towards taxpayers like us. Please don't buy anything from 100bestbuy.com

                                      I had participated in a contest from 100bestbuy.com, for which i received a call from their customer care and the person said that i'll be receiving a courier in which i will get have a coupon of rs - 100/- along with two koutons shirts (Worth rs - 1000/- for free) and a scratch coupon also. So he said i have to pay rs - 898/- to the courier person as the participation fees of the contest. I received the courier on 16/09/2014 and i figured out that i have been charged rs - 898/ - for the shirts (One of which is stained and both of them looked as if they were used several times and packed and sent across & and also they are not koutons shirts as i was been told), they even told me that if i did not win in the contest they will refund me the participation amount i. E. 699/- & i did not even receive a coupon for the contest, next day on 17/09/2014 i called the customer care of 100bestbuy.com for the return of the parcel one of their person said that the courier person will come to pick the parcel within 4 days, and after they receive the courier they will process with my refund. After that i did not receive any mail or confirmation call or message from the company, later on after 4days on 22/09/2014 as no one came to pick the parcel up i called back and then they processed my complaint and then only i received a mail saying that my complaint has been registered. Then they said that the courier person will come within 2weeks and on their website it is mention that return and refund will only be considered if the courier is delivered back to them within 10 days, as i explained this to them about the return policy but they are unable to do the needful. I have be trying to call them trying to find a solution for the whole return and refund process but the website people are not coordinating and not even replying to my mails. Please help me out with this. This isn't a matter of rs 898/- but a matter of commencing fraud with common people. Please look into this matter and take a strict action against this.                                         No refund/fraud company (pending since 17.07.2014) Order number: [protected] Courier: track on Docket number:[protected] I had ordered a pack of 3 shirts somewhere around the last week of june. the product was delivered within 1 week, but the shirts were not at all like they have shown on the site. the shirts were used, dirty, worn out and of the lowest possible quality. i got in touch with them on the same day i received the product and they asked me to courier the product back to their warehouse, to which they said they would also refund my courier charges. i sent the product back and they received in on the 17th of july, 2014. since then they have been going round and round about how they would refund the money. every time i call (it is also very time taking to get through to a caller, i have been on hold for 20-30 minutes also) a new caller picks up and tells me that they have updated the received status only then and the money will be refunded in 7 days. i have mailed them on [protected]@100bestbuy.com a number of times with my bank details for the refund. when i call after 7 days later they say the same. that the money will now be refunded after 7 or 15 days. apparently the number of days keeps changing. they provided a number of a senior person (raj singh - [protected]) who never picks up the phone. till today they have been giving me the same statement, the amount would get refunded in 7 days and that they have just updated the status to"received" for the order. its the 29th of september today and it's been over 2 months now. i want the refund back. they are not helpful at all. the people at the receiver are useless and have no clue what to do. kindly help me out.
