to some problems by SUNDIRECT. I call customer care and give the complaints, they ask me whats the problem? I reply "TV shows some error code and no signal. They told within 48 hours it will solve. After 48 hours I call again and ask why not solved, they reply thay your compliend solved, they tell now your TV not showing "error code" only blank-that is is the solve for your complients...

Islands and a Customer of Sundirect DTH for the last two years. Now, I'm not able to watch any of the channels in the morning afer the satelite isssue. I think so far they could not solve this problem. It is injustice to the customer and Sundirect is cheting its 5. 8 million cusotmers. I have paid for some of the pay channels (Star movies, HBO etc) Are they going to refund my money or solving the problem soon?
