gone 72 days, it seems SUNDIRECT HD dont have cutomer care and service engineers. I personally suggest , all friends to not to buy SUNDIRECT-HD any more.

I call customer care and give the complaints, they ask me whats the problem? I reply "TV shows some error code and no signal. They told within 48 hours it will solve. After 48 hours I call again and ask why not solved, they reply thay your compliend solved,

POOR SEVICE I m the customer of sun direct dth service....in this case we not at all getting good service from the... Islands and a Customer of Sundirect DTH for the last two years. Now, I'm not able to watch any of the channels in the morning afer the satelite isssue. I think so far they could not solve this problem. It is injustice to the customer and Sundirect is cheting its 5. 8 million cusotmers. I have paid for some of the pay channels (Star movies, HBO etc) Are they going to refund my money or solving the problem soon? But in the night time i,m watching only DD channled and few other chnnalesISun,K tv, Surya, Kiran)I have not got ant answer from the sundirect officials so far... I requested Sun Direct to refund the 6 months money, the service is very bad & nobody is accesible and even after contacting on repeated trials no proper assistance is recieved.
I have lost hopes with sun direct... The service for SunDirect has been completely unsatisfactory and the programe channels offered with DTH seems to be centric to the customer located in South India with a large number of channels of regional south indian language just not what a customer located in North india will want. I have a Sundirect connection in my wife's name. The TV reception and picture quality etc is OK. But to recharge, you have to go to their office. The online recharge system is a dummy. To activate a 20 Rs channel so far I have spent around 74 Rs [apart from computer and internet usage]. Till now I am not able to confirm whether the money I spent is sufficient to activate the channel or not... My sundirect installation is very easy. I was in use of sundirect because of a devotional channel named 'GodTV' and 'Shalom TV'. Now, they removed the channels from their list. After luring customer with offers, if they remove our most favoourite channels, it is very bad to any organization. They are cheating customers... I bought SUNDIRECT DTH box on 05/06/08 from Sai Akshar Agencies, Attapur, Hyderabad. Ph:[protected], mobile: [protected]. The first day it self the DTH box was not working. I recharged for rps 237 on 18th of november via ezrecharge but still do not see the renewal in the TV, below i have atta... The same sundirect DTH number recharged twice by mistake. I have recharged through Paytm, then it showed me that your recharge is under processing. Then I get back from the page and refreshed it. After that it showed me the recharge option pay to the same number. I thought that the payment was failed so that it showing again to pay... I recharged my sundirect with Telugu base pack 1249/- through sundirect mobile app via UPI. The transaction in UPI is successful and amount is deducted from bank but the transaction is displayed failed in sundirect mobile app. I raised a complaint through customer care as well. Please resolve this as soon as possible... | |
