[Resolved]  Sundirect — Activation

I had paid Sun Direct for 6 monthson 17.7.2010 with amount 655/- through on line. For Activation with great difficulty I am able to contact Kolkata Customer Care who informed that Rs.593.83 and iwas informed that 6 months recharge could not be made since there is shortage of one rupee. After several aruguments I was told that the activation was done for 6 months plan. As there is no sevice, after repated trials again contacted Kolkata centre, it was told that the service will restored within 29 minutes, As the services are not restored, the smart card was taken & tested with other det top box & found the no channel is coming with this card. On verification through toll free number, the balance that is being shown is Rs,494.83. It not understood what is present satus of the service. i.e. whether the activation is completed and if so for what period.
My Sundirect smart card # is [protected].

I requested Sun Direct to refund the 6 months money, the service is very bad & nobody is accesible and even after contacting on repeated trials no proper assistance is recieved..


I have lost hopes with sun direct.

I have recharged my sundirect card no.[protected] R for Rs.506/- on 01.06.09.But, the sun network channels are not activated still now.Please kindly do needful for me.

I B.venkata Rao customer of your service recharged up to next month though the chanels are not activating please take necessary action imeadiately.
Activation
I had paid Sun Direct for 1year 02.10.2010 with amount 1250/- through on line. For Activation with great difficulty I am able to contact tamil nadu Customer Care who informed that Rs.1400 and iwas informed that 1year recharge could not be made since there is shortage of one rupee. After several aruguments I was told that the activation was done for 1year plan. As there is no sevice, after repated trials again contacted tamil nadu, it was told that the service will restored within 10 minutes, As the services are not restored, the smart card was taken & tested with other det top box & found the no channel is coming with this card. On verification through toll free number, the balance that is being shown is Rs, 1250.08. It not understood what is present satus of the service. i.e. whether the activation is completed and if so for what period.
