DLF and Unitech is not present in Naharpar area of Faridabad because they did not get a chance to buy land they wanted to, 1400 acres cornered by BPTP at very low rates long back. I still want to ask a simple question? Where are we going to get a house at this price...

have booked a flat at Unitech horizon, but am still awaiting offer of possession from the builder. I expect teh flat to be handed over by June 2010 - almost 2 years after the promised date. When I talked to Unitech account manager in this regard and he talked to some site engineer I got answer that 2 feet deep small area digging is so called "commencement of work" for these blocks, I am even doubtful that in that small area even two blocks can be adjusted! We have to deposit money by 12-apr-10 and we will again go on site this week ends to see the progress...
