called me and offered Samsung Star 3G mobile for 6498 Rupees provided I have to make a payment before 1Pm on the same day. I made a payment and I have received a Samsung Marina (2100) set, I have not opened the parcel since it is a wrong item. I have been contact with them from Last 6 days(initial complaint made on 8th Sep 2009) still problem is not solved, every time I call the customer care executive they give a FALSE promise of solving the problem in 24 hours, and not even reverting the email reply… I had called more than 7 time to customer care so far, every time I have spent on average 20 minutes on STD with them, so far no solution...
