1. Not conducting weekly exams like jee mains and advanced
2. Late coming of study materials 3. Faculty are not caring about students 4. Faculty are not clearing doubts, they should spend extra time to clear the doubts of students.
4. Exams play key role in preparing jee mains and advance and also in all other competitive exams. Student how can know his strength and weakness 5. Please conduct mains on every saturday and advance on every monday
6. Batches are more. Faculty ratio is less per batch.
"correction of mistakes, play key role in success".
Please fulfill the hopes which are present in the students and parents on akash institute.👂👂👂🗯️
We are requesting to take some severe actions regarding these problems.

    My self vaishnavi gupta. I request you to refund my registration fee . Our economical and financial status is not very good. We are not given proper information and they take my father sign . My father English is poor so he is not able to understand completely. Even on the place of student signature they take my father sign. They take registration fee before giving admission test. And I don't even attend any class. We are 2 sisters and 1 brother . So it is very difficult to manage all school fees in today's world.
    It is very mandatory for me. So please pay our 11, 800 rupees. For this we will be grateful for you.

    Dear Student! As per the update from the concerned department, you have opted out of the course as you were not satisfied with the concession fee received via ACST. We would like to bring to your notice, that the concession fees for ACST differs based on the percentage secured. The center confirms that every possible information was provided to the parents at the time of admission process post to which registration and ACST fees were paid. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process refund based on our refund policies.

      Myself, dr. K. K murad from kozhikode district of kerala had registered my son k. Mohammed waseem for ‘ty-first step course for jee (Main &advanced) - before x board result’ at calicut branch (2nd & 3rd floor, mid city, near central library, vaikom muhammed basheer road, kozhikode, kerala, 673001), where he also attended the foundation classes for 9th & 10th classes
      He couldn’t continue the course for 11th as he wanted to change to commerce. I had submitted the application for withdrawal of security deposit on 7th-july-2018 (Through mail and direct contact with the branch manager). As per the request from aakash, i had also submitted cancelled cheque leaf. But there has been no initiative so far.

      Kindly do the need full.

      I admission in akash. I attend classes only for one to two days and then i didn't get whatever they are teaching.one mam talk with me so rudely and after that day i could not be able to convince myself to go there. Then also they withdraw Check after Check without knowing that I'm coming to the classes or not. So, i want my money back.

        My name is c. Venkatramana. My son c. Rahul took admission for "power step course for jee main and advanced" in aakash - kothapet branch, hyderabad city, telangana. The batch started on 18th june, 2018. Due to speed of the course my son realised that it's not possible to cope up with the pace of the course and decided to drop out of the course. I gave the branch manager, a letter for cancelling his admission & asking for refund on july 2nd, 2018. My son attended 9 classes exactly out of the 10 working days to that date. But the counsellers in that branch delayed the process very much and at last they casually asked me to fill an application for refund on july 12th, 2018 when i was out of station. I somehow finished it by 14th july, 2018. So this is it, the original date i asked them to start the process was 2nd july and they started it on 14th july, 2018. And it's been more than a month, i had no reply from the institute forget about refund. I went to the branch over 3-4 times but there was no response. I have no patience and i can't tolerate this anymore. You please take this seriously or else i will most likely approach the court. I paid registration fee, admission fee and 1st installment which amount to 54 thousand rupees, which is a big amount. Here are some more details

          Sir, my brother, debashis barman who was admitted at your siliguri, west bengal center on 5th may 2018..Due to some reasons, he didn't continue his programme..Then at 7th July 2018, i filled the application form & submitted check book photocopy & also my mom's bank details & all documents submitted to your siliguri center for security deposit money refund..Then your office told that within a months, money will be credited.but it is matter of sorrow that we didn't get it till now..A month already gone.. What's the matter?? I'm requesting you please immediately take a necessary steps & credit money within 3days..

            My name is savan shirodkar and my daughter name is arya shirodkar (Student), she was enrolled to two years medical course 17-18/18-19 at panjim - goa. Since she could not clear her xi in collage, i removed her from akash. All fees till date are paid on time, now we are requesting for the refundable amount of 5000/- to be done, but its not happening for last 2 months, whenever i check with the panjim office the say it is not approved by head office, upon asking the reason they say they don't know. All the bank details of mine (Father) are given but issue is still not solved without any reason.

              My brother enrolled in akash institute at haldwani in uttarakhand. The track was akash studies+ school enrollment for a year. He left after few months. They did not return remaining fees of school enrollment but returned the deposit. Then he enrolled in a nearby city akash (At kashipur, uttarakhand). We did not know that we should not pay registration fees once again as we had already paid for 1 year at haldwani, so we paid again. Akash did not inform us that we do not need to pay again. Then, my brother again left after 2-3 months because it was far from home and school studies at the same time were not manageable.
              Now the akash at kashipur is not returning the deposit. They asked to send a written letter which we sent. They are saying they received the letter 4 days late so they can not give the deposit (5000 inr). I am attaching the receipt of payment.
              I am therefore taking the first step and looking forward to getting this issue resolved via consumer complaints.

Furthermore, the Akash Institute Kashipur took new registration fees from with WITH THE SAME REGISTRATION NUMBER!! They think they are so clever that they can use a recent registration number of Akash Haldwani but still take new registration fees? I am going to the consumer court if this is not resolved fairly, this is not a warning, this is really what will happen no matter what.

                The physics teacher here in regular medical is not explaining the concepts properly and focuses on students having the subject temperament and tries to ignore others who are bit slow and are trying to get it's nature. He is so very much fast with the syllabus and is completing chapters within 2-3 days without much effort to know whether students are getting it or not.. The methods and tricks to solve a numerical are not explained well the application of the concept and the theoretical knowledge of each chapter is not well imparted as the notes are of poorest quality such that one would not get many cases taught if he/she opens it after a month to review things for test. Physics teacher's doubt clearing is not centered towards proper depiction of the situation in a particular numerical, what is given, what is provided and how can we weave the whole information to reach the answer alongwith application of the required common sense. I and many other students have the same problem and we request deeply to solve it as soon as possible as we do not want to waste our drop year.. This complaint is for panchkula branch... We also have issues regarding botany teacher who first of all talks more about personal lives than teach.. Plant physiology as well as cell cycle are some of the important topics that are being rushed so badly not in terms of speed but disorder with improper illustrations, wrong spellings and pronounciations as well as lack of satisfactory doubt clearing where she first sees the answer and then explains which is not appealing.. Please help this

                  I am parent of one of the students of akash institute patiala. I want to draw your attention towards this centre as the staff is not upto the mark as expected from akash institute. As the staff of zoology and chemistry is very new and they don't have that much knowledge as much required by the teachers.
                  These teachers don't teach students properly rather they give homework to them to complete class notes, where student has to practice ques for objective paper like neet but they are telling them to make notes by reading book and don't even explain the topic well which is causing quiet difficulty for our children to understand the concept deeply because their teacher is not that much knowledgeable.
                  Kindly plz take some serious action towards this issue so that our child future stay secure in akash hands and they reach their dreams.

                    My son has taken admission in aakash institue patiala for jee main dropper batch. But due to
                    Some financial and domestic problem, he is not attending his classes. He has attended only one or two classes. Therefore i request you refund the fees deposited. I have also talked with the persons at patiala. But they did not show concern about it. I am single earing hand person. So kindly attend pay attention to my request.

                      Student of aakash greater noida engineering weekays batch want you change our present math faculty to out previous. I want bandana maam back as from when she started teaching we did not face any problem in maths. She taught each and every concept so nicely that each and every question used to get solved easily but not we are not able to solve as sir is not teaching us properly his speed is very fast and he only want to complete syllabus he only teaches to toppers who already know everything

                        Sir,
                        I'm a 12th pass student and was interested to repeat a year for neet 2019.
                        So I went to aakash kottayam because it was heard aakash was the no.1 in India.
                        But the staffs told me that if you write a scholarship exam (ACST) there will be scholarship based on mark.So I paid Rs500 and wrote exam and they told the result will be informed through phone.
                        But until now they haven't informed anything.Atleast they would have informed my mark whether it is good or bad.They doesn't show the enthusiasm to inform the result they had when they recieved the money.This was such a bad response from aakash kottayam.One day when I call them they were busy and told they will call back . But they didn't.
                        So if you have a little bit shame you will give my money back or atleast you will tell a sorry.

                        i have taken admission in aakash institute noida sector 18 branch . i asked for demo lecture they told me without money they cant give me demo lecture i paid 31800 for 12 pass (power step course) i dont like the institute now i want my money back. as i have paid so much and taken only i class.

                          Respected sir/madam just checkout the reviews given in Google for your one of the branch of tirupati Andhra Pradesh .. this is a serious issue . We have a belief that you solve the problems as required. Our parents are working hard in order to make their children succeed in their life . You yourself must take a decision to make this branch as like the main branch not regarding the cleanliness etc... but regarding the way of teaching and completion of syllabus this is not the only pain of me every person who are studying in ur institute must be proud of learning something but not think as something bad that we can't even hear. So hope you will help as fast as possible.. remember the branch of Andhra Pradesh tirupati !!!

But aj 13 july ko b transfer nhi hua. Jbki 2 din me transfer k liye bola gya tha...janakpiri delhi me bina transfer k class attend krne se b rok diya gya... M very disappointed by this institute... Panipat institute is not taking anything seriously

                              As per the update from the relevant team, the concerned batch comprised of 39 students out of which the batch topper scored 551 in NEET 2018 and 9 other students scored above 449. Hence it would be a far-fetched imagination to question the competency of the faculty or the content. Though we at Aakash would like to see each of our student succeed still the success in individual capacity cannot be determined or guaranteed.

                                I went to coaching to attend classes for just 1n half day. It really didnt matched upto what my expectations were and neither i was told anything about refund policy. I being naive didnt thought much and immediately submitted rs29500 and even signed away. I was very much depressed with the fact that all my money is going into vain. I want my money back!

                                  non refund of caution deposit

                                  I joined jee advanced crash course conducted by aakash institute kottayam, from 6/05/2018 to 17/05/2018.

                                  1) i had submitted the receipt for the refund of caution deposit on 19th june. I still have not received the amount inspite of several reminders

                                  2) i was promised 100 hours of class and several mock tests. But received only 40 hours and 2 tests....

                                  My name is harsh rakeshbhai tandon.

                                  Admission: 6th june 2018 at rambag, maninagar, ahmedabad.

                                  I have provided money as your admission fees and they told me that if you are not satisfied with our teaching then we will provide this money back and now they are telling me to take back money from delhi branch.

                                  I have only attended 7 days of your institute.

                                  Reason: they are teaching very fast and i am not able to understand, they told me that we can not change our teaching method.

                                  They are very rude and not giving my money back.

                                  Quetion: how will i get my money back?

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    I am a student of aakash institue, janakpuri.
                                    I am studing in tr batch that is class ×i. Please provide us a holiday list. Students who are away from their home need to book railway tickets to go back to home before the festival arrive. We face problems as we don't know about the dates.

                                    Sir/ madam,

                                    My self is rajkumar l asangi, from karnataka state, hubli. My sisters daughter (Shrusti s badakundri) was in foundation 10th class for academic year 2017-18. She appeared anthe exam, got 66% concession for next academic year i. E 11th class. Accordingly her registration fees was paid during dec-17.
                                    But in the month of march my sisters daughter went to gadag dist. On her parents transfer. As there is non availability of your institute it is difficult to continue the coaching in aakash institute.in this regard i have submitted a letter to branch manager of hubli in the month of march-18. But till today he is telling that it is sent to our head office.
                                    I pray to your kind self to return the registration fees of only my sisters daughter please.
