My name is c. Venkatramana. My son c. Rahul took admission for "power step course for jee main and advanced" in aakash - kothapet branch, hyderabad city, telangana. The batch started on 18th june, 2018. Due to speed of the course my son realised that it's not possible to cope up with the pace of the course and decided to drop out of the course. I gave the branch manager, a letter for cancelling his admission & asking for refund on july 2nd, 2018. My son attended 9 classes exactly out of the 10 working days to that date. But the counsellers in that branch delayed the process very much and at last they casually asked me to fill an application for refund on july 12th, 2018 when i was out of station. I somehow finished it by 14th july, 2018. So this is it, the original date i asked them to start the process was 2nd july and they started it on 14th july, 2018. And it's been more than a month, i had no reply from the institute forget about refund. I went to the branch over 3-4 times but there was no response. I have no patience and i can't tolerate this anymore. You please take this seriously or else i will most likely approach the court. I paid registration fee, admission fee and 1st installment which amount to 54 thousand rupees, which is a big amount. Here are some more details
