I would like to draw your attention to a serious matter that the srirampur, manchiryal dist shop no. 3217006.
Delar name. P. Sujatha. Ration shop is not working properly according to the working hours. The shop will be closed at the working hours and if opened he will be closed early. The owner of the ration shop has many other businesses and is fully involved in those businesses, and so he has no time open the ration shop on time. Kindly do something as soon as possible to clear this problem of all the srirampur people…

      Big time cheaters this aakash institute ludhiana
      Paid a sum of 68, 303/- for non medical course beginning 2018 and no demo class, child dis satisfied with teaching so discontinued. When asked about the refund they said as per policy they will refund 16000/- only. Well is that how aakash mints money. Riping off people hard earned money to pay fat pay cheques to non competent teachers. Well thats great!! Keep it up aakash. C u in consumer court.

      The branch head has been notified about it long time ago. First he was too busy to talk. He even avoided talking to me when i went to the centre. But when he talked, Mr Dixit was made well aware of the matter and in fact through mail notified about the non acceptance of the amount of refund and the consequences that will occur to him and to the management of akash if justice is not done. Its my hard earned money and i want it bak. I am about to move consumer court and i mean it. U r really big time cheats swindling people hard earned money through some junked polies o[censored]r institute.

        While admitting by daughterin the aakash institute adayar branch, chennai, tamil nadu, they promised to take the classes in the zion school premises itself.. We paid 2, 00, 000/-.. But now they refused to take classes in the school premises. Instead forcing us to attend the classes in their center which is 30 km away from school... Cheating institute... Worst institute.. No one is responding even school management is welcoming them to take classes in school

        They forced us to admit my daughter to Medavakkam branch...i asked for refund of fee.. but they said that no policy to refund the fee.. then i asked for the class not taken... In this regard, they forced me to sign in a empty form.. i asked for details in the refund application form.. they have provided false information and again enquired about the false data..after that only they accepted that approximately 50 percent class es not taken...even though they said that no amount will be refund...so by forcefully my daughter was admitted in the Medavakkam branch...there also they haven taken 32 classes.. even though I talked Medavakkam branch, they are not giving solution for 100 classes which was left not taken due to poor class management...

        Hi Sir! We used to have the tie up with the school, but as the school wasn't taking the tieup seriously and there were many issues regarding fee collection and in between the session the classes were also stopped from the school side, there was a small portion of the syllabus that was not completed .

        We wanted to start the classes from the 07th of April 2018 and for the same many emails were sent and meetings were done with the school management, but because the fee outstanding was too huge we could not start the classes. As a solution, we request you to transfer the children to Medavakkam branch and approx 50 students have already been transferred and taking classes in the branch.

        We regret for the inconvenience caused!

        I have not been informed about the break-up of your tie up with school. I am receiving all the fee due messages, exam related message, both in email and SMS. But i have not received any message regarding the break-up of tie up and transfer of students to medavakkam branch. I voluntary tried and got information from some students in the end of May 2018 and admitted my daughter in the first week of June 2018. If some classes are missing due to the gap in communication about the break-up of tie-up with school, it may be considered by the aakash management. 16 classes per month. There were two month (April and May). Totally 32 classes. We paid the fee for the classes not taken. In this regard i talked with branch and they replied to follow the i-tutor. If my daughter was absent for classes because of her own business, then she can take the facility o[censored]sing itutor. But it purely due to problem with aakash class management at zion school. Therefore it can be considered and compensation classes may be scheduled. Next During the first year, only 83 classes out of 150 classes were taken. They have not addressed this issue also. I have completely paid all the installments (paying approximately Rs. 1000/- per class). But approximately 100 classes out of 300 (both +! and +2) classes were not taken. If you ask my daughter to follow i-tutor, then what is need of contact classes and its fee.

        I admitted my daughter in aakash because of its reputation but my experience is very bad with aakash. Please understand the pain of parents and address the issue raised on missing classes (100 Classes are there).

        Please advise the branch to take 100 classes.

        100 classes out of 300 classes were not taken but collected full payment. Even compliant made was given many times to grievances cell, no action was taken. Student ID 1423610. My experience is very very bad. They dont know the pain of parents and dont have humanity... Very poor class management. I paid approximately Rs. 1000 per class It means i paid 1 Lakh for the classes not taken.

          My daughter niveditha c, andheri branch of aakash institute 2 year neet non integrated 2017-19 course student discontinued the course on april 1, 2018 duly complying with all formalities as advised by institute staff (On account of my job transfer to different location). Though we were told that refund of security deposit of rs.5000 and proportion of fees for that running period would be refunded within 20 days, the same is not yet done. When contacted institute staff at andheri in person after one month, i was told that there were some accounting errors on last remitted instalment in their system and it would be refunded within one week. However the same is not yet refunded. I request your goodself to kindly intervene to ensure refund of the due amount to me.

            Previous class-9xe, at present class 10xb, i have reported to administration to refund my security money as per institutes rule. Also a written application with zerox copies of money receipt have been given by me. Till now the aakash institute /kolkata central/park circus did not refund the security money of rs.2000/- of the year 2017.

              My younger brother mudit purohit is studing in aaksh, jodhpur.
              Aaksh jodhpur institute has give reporting timing 8.15am on 14/05/2018 for cbt exam but no aakash coordinator is available till time 9.15am on 14/05/2018.
              Exam timing given in admit card was 9. Am to 12.30pm on 14/05/2018. We are trying to contact to aaksh, jodhpur institute no one is responding. We have other work also.

                I applied for refund of security money 2000/- rupees two weeks ago for the admission in class 9 in 2017. Now my daughter reads in class 10 in the same institute aakash but i could not refund the security money. I request several times for the same but i could not get any hope to refund the security money from them. Phone no.[protected].                   My child who scored 8.4 cgpa in 10th joined the above centre. At the end of 11th standard, 99% children of her batch miserably scored in all aakash exams and barely passed in their school exams. I personally requested for help with some teachers who were too busy to make any change.

                  I took my child out in january 2018 from aalkash. Now my child has to reappear 11 class. I have given about 1.2 lakh and i ashked to refund my money. They said 5000 thousand is only refundble out of 1.2lakh. Plzz do something

                      I have registered for ACST test of IXth standard by paying Rs 200/- online for the West Bengal Kolkata South centre ( Online Voucher ID ACST[protected]. On 2nd May 2018 I visit the above said branch ( Balajee Tower, 1A, Motilal Nehru Road, Kolkata, West Bengal .700029) with the downloaded application pro forma duely signed in along with the 2 copies documents, aadhar card and 4 copies passport size photograph but they told me that no ACST examination will be held on that day because the examination has been already completed one month back and they are not responsible for the money which I paid as I am registered online . They also told me that next examination will be held only on 2019 only and advise me to make contact the higher authority and grievance cell .
                      If the examination already finished one month before and foundation courses started one month back then how you are receiving money till now for a vague date of examination on 6th of may 2018.
                      Yesterday I informed the incidence to your administration through phone call and mail also at [protected]@aesl.in but till now no clarification made .

                        My child who scored 10 CGPA in 10th joined the above Centre. At the end of 11th standard, 99% children of her batch miserably scored in all Aakash exams and barely passed in their School exams. I personally requested for help with some teachers who were too busy to make any change.

                        I took my child out in March 2018 from Aalkash before 12th standard clases started and asked for the refund of 3 instalements taken for 12th Standard. By this time they have already encashed the 1st instalement. While they returned the 2 Post Dated cheques (as they anyway cannot encash it), they are coming out with one or the other lame excuse not to pay back the 1st instalement of 12th standard taken in advance.

                        At first the Branch Manager of the centre tried to negotiate for accepting part refund. Since we refused it at the beginning, now they are stating that nothing can be refunded.

                        I am writing this to you as the last option before approaching Consumer
                        Forum. Appreciate your revert.

                            Muhs/ dmer taken personal counciling on 18/01/2017 that time my dougther was selected at lokmanya tilak homopatic college.
                            We were conformed addmission on 18/01/2017.
                            I had given admission cancellation application at your nerul branch on 22/01/2018.
                            I had paid total-33494 but refund me only rs-1000
                            Yet balance amount rs 32494 is not refund from your institute.

                            Plz consider sympethically.

                              I approached aaakash tutorials bangalore (Bannerghatta road) institute to take admission to my son for 9th std foundation classes. Discussion was handled by mr. Lokesh. He told me that currently they are offering 25% discount and if my son takes one test it may go upto 50%. This was attractive and hence i agreed for the admission and registered by paying rs. 5, 900. Once my son appeared for exams, surprisingly, they started offering me 15%...

                              I Sanjay kumar jha want your attraction on my problem. My ward Anant kumar jha given anthe and secure 40% scholorship, early bird discount of 9%, Lump Sum Payment benefit and ex-Aakashian benefit. In Muzaffarpur, Bihar centre,
                              As per the instruction of Muzaffarpur centre I have made payment 35, 500 via Cheque no 000057 of HDFC Bank on dated 02/12/2017 for class 10th admission.I received Receipt no 131303 and book no 2627 on same day.But when I go to your centre on 06, 09/04/2017 for inquiry of class, Now your centre informed me there is no room for your ward and also informed he did not deposited cheque in the Bank.Sir I don't know the reason why they couldn't deposited the cheque in the Bank.Where is my fault? I followed the instruction of centre inspite of that they refused to admit my ward.
                              Kindly look into the matter and informed me for my ward future.

Kindly pay the same at the earliest for admission to the branch. Seat will be made available to your ward once you pay the amount. Alternately you can collect your cheque from the branch.
                              Sir i have not yet receive my study materials of neet crash course whenever i call the customer care number they tell that it will be delivered soon.I am not able to study properly because very limited days are there for preparation of neet.So please send me the study materials and tracking id of that product.i hope you will solve it soon.

                              My complaint is regarding timing of aakash ajmer rajasthan classroom course timing is upto 07:45 pm.timing is too late for students coming outside and especially for girl..kindly change timing especially for girl students..upto 07:00 pm...

                                I have done registration on 15 feburary, 2018 in the city visakhapatnam of gajuwaka branch of my son whose is in eight std and daughter
                                Whose in tenth std and going to ninth and eleventh.
                                The person who came with admission form he told that he would give 65% concession for my daugher and 50% concession to my son after seeing there progress card and i have also requested him to give concession by saying that i am electrician and i don't have much annual income i cant pay that much money but i want my children to get higher education.
                                So after he committed that than i filled registration form and paid the registration fee of rs.11800 of my daughter and rs.5900
                                — of my son by cheque.
                                But today on 24 march 2018 when i went to that foundation then they said that they would give only 59% concession to my daughter and 49% concession to my son and also said that if we would pay the first installment then only they will allow to enter my children to that institute. But i can't pay such amount.
                                But how far i know your first installment shall be paid in the month of april 2018.
                                So i am very much dissapointed by your service and want my registration fee back.
                                It would be very nice if you help me getting back my money.
                                As i cant pay money to another small college also if you will not reback my money.
                                So kindly return my money

                                Dear Sir, We will only be able to extend the discount that is now being given to you by the branch. Also, sir registration fee is not refundable as per policy which is clearly given in the prospectus.

                                    The person who came with admission form he told that he would give 65% concession for my daugher and 50% concession to my son after seeing there progress card AND I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED HIM TO GIVE CONCESSION BY SAYING THAT I AM ELECTRICIAN AND I DON'T HAVE MUCH ANNUAL INCOME I CANT PAY THAT MUCH MONEY BUT I WANT MY CHILDREN TO GET HIGHER EDUCATION.
                                    So after he committed that than I filled registration FORM AND PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE of Rs.11800 of my daughter and Rs.5900

                                    I just want my money back as what u say u r not fulfilling it may be repeated in future too. So I don't want my children to send in such frod institute.
                                    I just want my money back in any case. U r saying that registration fee is unrefundable according to ur policy.
                                    But there r many thing according to ur policy which u is not followed so shall I mention those in public.
                                    1. Where is the person who came for registration with whom I talked for admission and concession Mr. Subba Rao when the time came to talk to him his phone is switched off..
                                    Is this is ur frod policy.
                                    2. Taking fees before the time of submission is under ur policy..
                                    U have just told the parents to submit the fees than only ur children will be allowed to enter institute that also u have asked before. I mean it should be paid in month of april but u have asked in the March itself
                                    Is this under ur policy???
                                    I just want my money ba otherwise this case will go on higher.
