I have taken admission in aakash institute bbsr branch on 11/08/2018. Due to very poor faculty managements and low quality experience of teaching staff, i decided to withdraw myself from the institute. Though i knew that the institute would not refund a single penny but the aakash team of bbsr branch assured me that the security deposit of rs.5000/- would be refunded to me. But now they are saying that the security amount has been forfeited and there would be no refund of any amount. It is like aakash is robbing people at broad daylight. Its my humble request to director of aakash to kindly look after this my after and help me in claiming my security deposit so that the faith people earlier had upon aakash could be restored.

    Sir my name is pawan kumar khoth . Kota aakash student . Sir Due to not my fees paid, I am not allowed to sit in the class. My dad is a farmer, I do not have money right now. I have deposited 30 thousand rupees so far . I took admission when I said that Sir can not deposit the 2 installments I have no money. Then he told me that you may give the fee of 2-3 installments..Didn't letting me sit in the class, Sir, my future will get spoiled..I will deposit the remaining fees on Diwali. Sir no one is not listening to me . I was The Dlp student of the aakash Institute has also . Your service is good but it is going wrong in Kota aakash.. Sir quick resolve my pronlem . I will faith aakash company resolve my problem

      I had admitted my daughter for the 9th grade titian classes at bannerghatta arekere branch of aakash institute. Full payment of inr 30+k was done. She didn’t like the training and stopped the classes after 4days itself. As per the policy, almost 70% of the paid amount needs to refunded for which i am running behind this institution since last 4 months. Branch manager gives one or the other reason and push the dates. Before i go ahead and lodge the complaint and inform to media, i wanted to reach out customer care office and no one respond to my calls..!! What a institute..! Could some one look into this matter seriously or shall i go ahead with spreading this news everywhere

        They have assured us they will teach our our child for architecture also... After a year after the change of AD they are declining us that we have not assured us to teach for architecture stream we have proof addressed... Who have forced us to take admission in the Aakesh Institute and assured us with great results but nothing has been done in 11std of my child...

        The staff named Tushar Sir have gave us admission for architecture and he has only assured us.

          Currently i am a student in aakash instiute janakpuri. And i want to inform you about the poor infrastructure. Nearly 350 students study on each floor and they have only one washroom each for boys and girls.in the 15 minutes break we have to spent a lot of time to get a space in washroom. We have no time to take lunch. Even there are so much mosquitoes. No one is concerened about that.

            I want to take transfer from muzaffarpur to south kolkata and had paid all the required money but they are asking for 9000 without any reason even delhi corporate office didnt helped me what should i do should i go to police or study...? They are asking for more money but as i know the required charge for transfer should be 295. My exam is after 3 month and i am not able to attend classes since 1 month

              request for late fee (last installment) submission but denied

              My sister lata asnani is studying in aakash institute, subhash nagarjaipur.
              We have submitted all of their fees, only the last installment is remaining. Due to bad financial conditions, we asked them to allow late fee submission by just 2 months when the jee mains exam is 6 months away. But they denied and asked us to keep my sister at home till we submit their fee. Is this "beti bachao beti padao" yojana that our country is following....

              not satisfied with the physics teacher in sfsb batch in south kolkata branch

              The physics teacher mr. Thakur is very much disappointing and i think if he continues further he will ruin the future of these children. Have anyone heard about a physics teacher who asks his students to mugup the answers of the numericals? Such a demoralizing teacher is not expected in an institute like aakash. He is totally unable to explain the chapters and his failure is reflected in his behaviour....

              It is stated that my younger brother had joined your aakash institute, bareilly centre on 27.07.2018 as given below detail.
              Student name: himanshu,
              Roll no.:[protected],
              Psid b: [protected]

              We are paid all desire fees amount (Registration fee: rs.11, 800 and other fee: rs. 57052.00) on 27.07.2018 as per your institute, but unfortunately, due to shifting to other place he can’t study further in your institute. That’s why, we had given one application for refund total amount, but your institute has given refund only rs.33314 against total paid amount rs. 68832 and deducted amount is rs 35538, hence this deducted amount is very big amount and we can afford such big amount. My experience is very very bad and this is very much painful for me as where my brother have not attended one day full class and also he did not received any book, admission card and bag as your institute provides at the time on admission, but you have deducted a big amount rs 35538.in spite of our repeated follow-up with your bareilly center and mail with your grievances dept, they did not show concern about it and we didn't get balance amount till now. A month already gone.. What's the matter??

              It is still pending and not received any pending amount from your side, which you have deducted a big amount Rs 35538.
              As in spite of our repeated follow-up with your bareilly center and mail with your grievances dept, they did not show concern about it and we didn't get balance amount till now. Four month already gone.. What's the matter??

                This is to bring to your kind notice that after repeated complaints about the new physics teacher (Who was the replacement of gyanendra pandey) is not able to teach properly, the institute is not doing anything about it and all our complaints are falling on deaf ears. Just because of one girl, gyanendra pandey was sent to kaporthala branch and all o[censored]s are suffering because the prateek sir (The new physics teacher) is very fast with the course and doesn’t clear our concepts.
                I would be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and change the physics teacher of hmm-1 batch, hazratganj, lucknow.

                  Hi, my daughters are studying for neet repeaters batch (Earlier studied two years regular bach). The quality of teachers in hyderabad himayatnar and kothapet batches are continously dropping each year. The teachers don't have commitment and not engaging with students. This is severely impacting the students wants to get selected for ambitious medical colleges.
                  After students reported about teachers feedback, no action was taken, so i had to make them to attend special home tuitions for them.
                  I had great respect for akash, but now i loosed complete faith.
                  Hope you do some investigation in hyderabad branches and try to improve quality of studies.

                    I am kripal singh rawat. I service in navy (Mumbai). I am staying ambernath. My daughter r ishika rawat admission in your instutes class 10th admission date 24 june 2018. But unfortunately my posting ins karwar (Karnataka). Due to shifting. I cannot study my child in your institute.
                    She is not attending his classes. She has attended only three& four days classes. I have also submitted all document in 7th july 2018. I have also talked with the person at ambernath branch. But they have did not show concern about it. Therefore i request to you my refund the fee. So kindly attend pay attention to my request.

                        My daughter is studying in your institution at vadodara in class x, at the time of admission you said that english will be also teach by us but last one month english teacher are not available and english teaching is dropped by you and full focus on science subjects only. My daughter is studying in class x and board exams is near, so got better percentile every subject has equal value. My daughter is weak in english so i join aakash institute after dropping of my daughter from allen. I meet your vadodara center, where he promised that english teacher will be joined shortly but lapsed of near 15 days english tutor is not available, this is cheating to students carrier.
                        Please explain me why english subject is dropped and students got low marks in english in board exams or failed in english then who is responsible.
                        So kindly request you please start english tution shortly other wise we will file complaints for cheating.

                          Centre provide you wrong information. We aren't provided with any information about noon refund of fee. They take my father sign in place of student signature. My father english is not good. Our financial situation is very poor. It is very very mandatory for me to get our fee back. If our registration fee will not refund than i am bound to take legal help.

                            Dir sir/mam,
                            I am tuhin chakraborty from kolkata, west bengal, india. I applied for the course name aiats (2019) offline in english on 20/08/2018 in aakash institute, and for that your counselor whose name is lakshay sachdeva assisted me and said that he will send me a link which will be valid for 1 hour only and he also said that if i pay the amount on that day i will get 10% discount too for my course, i paid the amount on the same day but i didn't get any voucher and didn't get any payment confirmation slip as a proof of my enrollment. I called him again and he said that the amount is not showing in the system so wait till tomorrow. I waited and called the bank next day and bank replied me that the payment was successful and the aakash institute already got the amount. I emailed him he said that he would come to office and he will send me the payment voucher i have called aakash institute on that day (21/08/2018) too and one counselor of aakash said that in system it's showing the status "paid" i email lakshay sachdeva again he said that he will go to office check with the account department and he call me back soon but he didn't so i called aakash again after evening and one counselor said that lakshay sir didn't came to office she called him and he said her to tell me that lakshay sir come on 22/08/2018 and he will send me the payment voucher and username and password. The next he didn't call me so i called aakash after 2 pm he picked up the call and said that he will send me the payment confirmation mail and other information by evening but he didn't send anything. Now today on 23/08/2018 i called aakash again and he is saying now that aakash didn't get the money even though bank said aakash already got the money. The amount got deducted on monday (20/08/2018) but why i didn't get any voucher till now? I have applied for that same course from last 2 years i have paid the amount online last year too but got the payment voucher right away, they why is this happening? I also have all the voice recording of aakash institute from monday 20/08/2018 and also i have the bank statement and voice recording from the bank and also i have all the emails from lakshay sachdeva. I have called the bank even today 30/08/2018 it's 10 days from the payment was made they said that beneficiary has already got the money the amount was credited to their account on 23/08/2018 and told me to inform you to check your bank statement from 20/08/2018 to 30/08/2018 and please send me a copy of your bank statement if you can so they told me to bring their bank statement to my home branch and they will investigate the case again.                               I have made a security deposit of rs.2000/- for my son when he was admitted to foundation programme at rajajinagar branch of bengaluru on 15/03/2017. The institute has arranged after continuous follow up for 5 months, refund of rs.1397/- (Rs. One thousand three hundred ninty seven only) with a reason that gst has been deducted. There is no gst applicable on refundable security deposits and institute has not given any bifurcation/explanation for deduction of the amount.                                 100 classes out of 300 classes were not taken but collected full payment. Even compliant made was given many times to grievances cell, no action was taken. Student id 1423610. My experience is very very bad. They dont know the pain of parents and dont have humanity... Very poor class management. I paid approximately rs. 1000 per class it means i paid 1 lakh for the classes not taken.

                                  2. Late coming of study materials 3. Faculty are not caring about students 4. Faculty are not clearing doubts, they should spend extra time to clear the doubts of students.
                                  4. Exams play key role in preparing jee mains and advance and also in all other competitive exams. Student how can know his strength and weakness 5. Please conduct mains on every saturday and advance on every monday
                                  6. Batches are more. Faculty ratio is less per batch.

We are not given proper information and they take my father sign . My father English is poor so he is not able to understand completely. As per the update from the concerned department, you have opted out of the course as you were not satisfied with the concession fee received via ACST. We would like to bring to your notice, that the concession fees for ACST differs based on the percentage secured. The center confirms that every possible information was provided to the parents at the time of admission process post to which registration and ACST fees were paid. Hence, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process refund based on our refund policies.
