Hiiii, company name - aclema enterprise Location - nanpura, surat, gujarat. I had apply for part time job to that company. They had called me and i had joined, when i had joining time i had asked i need to pay any money but they said no need and they sended agreement later on work also sended.in that agreement i had seen 4800/- to pay amount and i asked to them they said if i didnot work or work is not good, i need to pay 4800/- amount otherwise they said they will go legally. They had given work very toughly and they didnot told when i had joining time to need to pay amount. I had said cancel my agrrement and work but they said if i need to cancel agreement also i need to pay amount and they said this time amount 6000/-, i had asked why and they said 4800/-, gst 18%, service charges, totally 6000/-. They had sended agreement on 16th october 2017, and i should be given the work on or before 5th november 2017. They didnot told i need to pay amount when joining time otherwise i will not do job. This company was seen and applied in your website and you are putting fake companies. I had enquired the company name in justdial by contacting and they said they didnot have any information about this company. What to do now? I am in trouble by your company to pay amount? Please tell me that company is there in surat or not? I can't pay that much off amount and i am thinking that is a fake company. Please save and this happened by visiting your website. yes joy brother, i also checked it on MCA website. its totally fake company. i was called by niharika modi. they told me everything about the job. but i just know the company's mission, searched here then, i saw the complaints for the company. then i decided to check it. guys don't believe on fake call from fake job like ACLEMA ENTERPRISE.

I also had exactly same incident with me as Arbind Dey mentioned above. In addition i got a call from some other company(i think sister company of aclema) that also from surat, they enquired me that "sir do you have some data typing work and offered me to complete the work for 50rs/page".
I gave them some data and to my surprise they completed 10 pages in just less than 3 hrs time. So please beware of such frauds and dont pay them. Also try to find out the company address exists or not

Raghav Deewan is a uneducated servant of the company who doesn't know English so I have abused him many times over the phone. He is starving for food as most of the people know that all form filling jobs are fraud. Raghav if you are suffering from Malnutrition then please come to me I will give you enough food to eat but don't harass students and women. Sunny is a nice person and he is fighting for a cause so you can always take help from him. On the other hand Nehal Mehtar(sweeper) is a fraud road side poor chap who earns his daily bread by fooling innocent college students and sends them fake notices. Today I received a call from Nehal Mehtar, I told him I am a buzy person and I don't speak to ### and disconnected his call . This is what's the standard of these cheaters. If they ever call you just disconnected the call. Just because of us they are really starving for food. But I am a kind heartened person so I daily transfer rupees 1 or 2 so that they don't die because of hunger. I request everybody to support these cheaters and donate waste food, clothes and other household items so that they don't die because of poverty.

Thanks for your reply, When Mr Mehtar called me he said that all notices without the name of the lawyer's address and phone number are illegal. I assume he knows spelling of Legal. And I am sorry I called him sweeper. I shouldn't be calling him sweeper since a sweeper cleans the toilet and earns money for his daily bread. But this Mehtar earns his daily bread by harassing innocent boys and girls. Such profession in India is called Bha*******giri and Da******giri. You guys can decide a profession for yourself. Now people have started revolt against your profession. Read all the other comments and then only decide you are in big trouble.

Now coming to your points. The I guess you are educated Person. The screenshot which are shared are of MCA Website. This only has the company details I mean Pvt Ltd or LLP.
Partnership Firms are never in the MCA Website. And the link you have share https://goo.gl/b1PWWJ Claiming CEO Details is not opening at all infact showing error..
Anyway's Just to clearing some point straight to everyone.
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.

Dear Legal Department I would say a good attempt to write something in legal terms which is not a cup of your tea but all in vain. THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT, 1996 is only applicable on Pvt Ltd or LLP or OPC like Murall Traders(Director Baji Rao Singham). Partnership Firms and Sulabh Shauchalaya like Wifinity, Acleme, Quobit and many others don't come under THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT, 1996 so now you have confirmed all the notices which you have sent are fake and deserve criminal prosecution. We will definitely copy it and prove it as an evidence . I really pity on the legal department that the tactics they are using are the old once. If they want some new Ideas do contact us. What do u think about the youth of this generation, they are not going to give u guys a single penny instead they will fight for it. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.
Might be over aggregation of youth might land up in a short of experience, So a friendly advice consult a good lawyer having in debt knowledge of digital and cyber and ask him/her to openly tell you all the provisions and please speak truth to that person without hiding anything.

I have specially mentioned them to assign me the work from 9th oct. onwards but by mistake or intentionally m.i don't know..they have given me the work.on 2nd oct. which i was supposed to complete on or before 22nd oct.
I wasn't at all informed by them then and they have dispatched the agreement letter on my Permanent address even after having being given my current adress by me via mail.
It was 16th of oct. and i had begin my Work
I even mailed them and requested them to extend my submission date by 3-4 days . The reply i received was after 5 days and by the timey submission date got missed.
I got mail from them that they will be taking a legal action against me for not submitting the work with a penalty of rs 5800 something.
I then decided to realize them their mistake by narratinh whole story from day 1 that how i was not informed during the assigning of work and how they have intentionally or unintentionally assigned the work load on 2nd oct. instead of 9oct. 2017.
I spoke all this to manager named Zoya khan. She cooperated very well throughout this days .
She has accepted the fault on her company's part and very gently she has asked me to make a amount of certain Rs. so that My ID doesn get seized/blocked and i can carry on my work until i submit it.
I have agreed on her and decided to transfer a part of the penalty And they have accepted it.
I submitted my whole work load on 9th or 10th of November. And informed Mrs Zoya for the same.
I hope everything goes well and i can finally get my salary for the effort i have put into that.

If a service provider/dealer is levying GST, then invoice must have GSTIN on it. GSTIN is a 15 digit unique ID for businesses registered under GST. GSTIN has a prescribe format, where first 2 digits represent the state code. For the sake of awareness, remember the state code for your state at least.State code link
Check the validity of GSTIN. There is a service on GST portal to check that.GSTIN Validation

Even I have registered with this company and when I tried to search about the company I did not find anything however I still did continued with it and the day when I got the job of typing I got a call from a company (might be a partner or subsidiary) that they take up typing work and if I pay them some amount they will do the job.
That made me suspicious regarding the company.
I completed all the typing job however I did not submit it as I was aware of the fact that any ways even if I had a 100% accuracy they will dupe me for money.
Now I got an email from their legal team stating that I have to pay INR 4800 + 18% GST so I reverted stating that give me the GSTIN number and they did not provide me any. When I went through the contract I found that there is no mention of the amount is exclusive or inclusive of the taxes and the same point I told to their legal personal so he told that its ok if you do not pay the GST.
So just to give you all an overview these people are fraudsters.
What they do is that
1. They call and give you a lollipop stating that you can start working for free and they don't tell you the amount of work what they give (by the way its huge).
2. If you agree then they will call you and do the entire charade of sending and OTP and so on.
3. They tell you that they will give you work and they do it without taking your account details to which they need to eventually transfer your "hard earned" money to. I when asked about this I was told that I will get a call from the company regarding it and I never got a call.
4. Once all is done, they send you a zip file with 300 images and you need to type those in a notepad and upload it to a website given.
5. The very next day you get an email and also a call from someone stating that they are a company and they take up typing jobs and will charge Rs 40 for each page. (for me I was surprised when I got the call because I never shared my email and/or contact details with anyone).
6. If you finish the typing all by yourself and upload it, they will fail you in the QC and if you do not submit you get an email from a legal department.
And the rest if all you know.
This is all a circle which is made to get money from innocent people and nothing else.
Also just to inform you guys the cyber act which they say is just a "hoax" there is not amendment in IT Act 2000 as 2(1)(t)

So in other words you did not sign the document (contract) at all so even if they call and tell you guys to pay please ignore it. The digital signature referred to in the act is a different than that what these Aclema people reder to.
And please be aware of such companies.
