Hi,
I am aircel prepaid user based in bangalore, karnataka, and i have a balance in my account of around 280 rs.

But due to aircel bankrupcy, it is not is not working any more in my place and i have no option then to port out. But before porting out i wanted to use my balance amount or i want to transfer it to another operator.

How can i claim my balance amount or transfer it to other operator?

I have been trying for last 7 days to port my aircel number.I have sent the message PORT ********** several times.I have not getting any unique number.Even i have dialled [protected] and my last 5 digits of aircel sim.but no use.
Kindly lookinto the issue.

I'm am unable to receive UPC code from aircel. Tried many times and message has been sent. Many times I have send. Every time 50 paise is being charged.! I'm still not recieving UPC code.

I like to port from aircel to airtel because of network issues. I sent a port request on 21/02, 22/02, 25/02, 27/02/2018 to aircel. but I am not getting any UPC from them. kindly send me the Unique porting code.

I am getting too much network problem from aircel. I tried to generated UPC so that i can change the network but i am not getting any UPC code. I can't use more its service as most of the time my aircel network show blank.

Aircel network in my mobile is down since 5 days and once or twice for few min I had network and I immediately sent porting request at 1900 but never received UPC. How do I get my UPC so that I can port to other provider.
