My mobile number [protected] is closed and my upc code fk264951 has expired. I am not able to change my service provider, please provide me new upc or extend the time frame of old one. My bank account and my aadhar card is associated with this number and as this number is closed, i am facing huge difficulty. So, i kindly request you to provide me a solution as soon as possible.

I am facing problem with porting my aircel number to vodafone. Upc no. Nk815549 got expired, now i don't have network to generate new upc. I have a aircel no which is [protected] (Bihar) and my sim last 5 digit is 08362 upc is db211546. I am unable to port my number in operator.in porting server says number is not old 90 days but my number is more than 150 days. Pls provide the solution for porting my number or give me the other upc code. Pls pls provide me the solution.

Aircel has closed the operation leaving consumers in vain. No information is provided regarding closure of network operations.

Even i am unable to port the number to another networks.
Lost my account balance in sim i request how to go further regarding the number portability. How should we lodge a complaint in trai.

I want to port my Aircel number for which UPC is mandatory. When i submit the request for UPC it shows as my number is not valid. i even tried to generate UPC from Aircel website, and tried to login to aircel website with my Mobile number, but it still showed my number as not valid.

I didn't get back the security deposit amount from Aircel.
I had ported out of Aircel on February 18th, 2018.
The office of Aircel seems to remain closed.
I tried to contact their customer care, but the phone number is also switched off. Kindly Help me in getting a refund for my security deposit.

I got upc code but it's expiry date was given as 16th April. I want to Port now and want you to please extend the date or give new date as soon as possible or else I will lose all my backup. I request you to give me new expiry date so that I can Port it immediately.

I took aircel sim in jan 2014 in bangalore. I got transferred to hyderabad in jan 2017 and the network was fine. Later in march 2017, i got transferred to vijayawada, andhra pradesh and for 5 months the network was fine. After that, aircel network did not turn up till date. Now am back to bangalore still the network is not turned up. I want to know whether my number is still active?

I generated my upc in may 2018 but received upc with expiry on 16th april 2018. I was unaware of aircel going bankrupt and withdrawing their services as i use dual sin phone but my whatsapp account uses aircel number. Recently i tried to switch to a new phone but i wasn't able to get otp for whatsapp and realized that there is no network on aircel sim and when i looked up on the internet about the same i realised that i was already too late. Now i lost my whatsapp since a week and also unable to port out due to expired upc. Please help me out. Many of online services and important stuff are linked to this number

I have damaged my Aircel sims and unable to locate Aircel Galleries. I've tried the Aircel customer service, website, etc., in vain. Kindly let me know the procedure, of either getting a new sim or to port out without the sim card. Or atleast the address of a working Aircel gallery.
